Garden Studios are semidetachedunits in a garden setting. Sleeping is in a common area with the lounge, diningand kitchen area. Bedding is a Queen and Single bed. Kitchen offers fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave and all necessary crockery & cutlery. There is a separate bathroom / toilet / shower and outdoor terracing. Louvre window systems are insect screened and ceiling fans provided. Located on the south-western corner of the island of Rarotonga approximately 8km from the airport and close to restaurants and shops. The property does not have a restaurant. Units have self catering facilities. Guests also have free use of BBQ facitilies. Bungalow and villa style accomodation set in 5 acres of lush tropical gardens. Lobby is small in size.
