Very pleasant quiet hotelService and room were excellent and relaxing garden was an added bonus.We thought the breakfast was disappointingly limited (a tray with yogurt and pastries) for 15 Euros although it was very pleasant to have it in the garden.

Staff were sweet and helpful, room a little basic for the money (although this is Cannes of course!!), my room had partial sea-views between other blocks and did overlook the railway line - but this didn't cause me any problems at all!!Lovely garden and pool area which, when I stayed (mid-June), had virtually to myself!Had booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 6!!!

A quiet haven in CannesThe small 'belle epoque ' hotel is situated at the east end of the main promenade, just behind the main road and railway. There is a small terrace at the fron and a larger terrrace at the back with a small plunge pool and swimmimg pool. There is a breakfast room, small bar/lounge. We chose to have breakfast on the terrrace in the mornings which was lovely. They did have room service for light meals but we did not partake of this facility.The staff at the hotel are exceptionally helful and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. 15/20walk from station.

An oasis in a very well populated environsLa Villa was an oasis of calm and a very convenient hideaway from the melee. It retained a lovely french feel with its decor and design and was very conveniently situated on the pointe of Croisette wherein the open topped number 8 bus was a useful and inexpensive mode of transport down to the old port ( 2 euros for 1 hour ride if wished) only 10 mins ride. The staff were most helpful and friendly and the family champagne very quaffable (14 euros per half bottle ) don't use minibar where it jumps to 35 euros for same. Breakfast on the front was a much more sensible idea and good for people watching and only 5 mins walk from hotel.

La VillaA great little Oasis to stay in Cannes. Welcoming reception and nice decor. We had the junior suite room 11 and had our own small private terrace/ lawn area near the pool. It was a lovely spot for breakfast in the morning. Its 10 min walk into town but very close to the marina and beach cafes. It is close to the train line but within the confines of the hotel grounds you barely notice and our room was really quiet.

Out hotel room had a wonderful view, Our room was perfect apart from being a little too small, but had great bathroom. Hotel has gorgeous small gardens with very nice swimming pool and greart area for breakfast. We loved it and would like to come back.
