La Terrazza si trova a Cagliari in via S. Avendrace n 112. La zona si trova a pochi minuti dall'aereoporto e dal porto, ed è dotata di ogni comfort e servizio (negozi, banche, poste, supermercati, bar, edicole, centro commerciale Auchan). Proprio di fronte casa si trovano le fermate dei bus di linea 9 e 1, che portano direttamente e in pochi minuti in centro e attraversano tutta la città. Inoltre nel periodo estivo è possibile usufruire della linea 9P che da casa vi porta direttamente sulla spiaggia del Poetto.

An absolue gem of a find!From arriving in Cagliari at midnight and being collected by Alberto, to our beautifully clean, comfortable bedroom and shower room, the comfortable bed, lovely sunny terrace, to more than you could eat breakfasts and the wonderfully warm hospitality of Alberto I cannot find fault with this b&b. It is a little out of town but with the ten euro 7 day bus ticket and a stop right outside the b&b and the fact that there was a bus every 5 minutes then it made it really easy to get into town and was not a problem. The buses are quick, clean and frequent.Alberto was so helpful and friendly, we cannot wait to go again.

Excellent bus service from right outside the front door to the centre of Cagliari. Only cost 2.30 Euros for a day bus ticket so even with 5 bits of luggage was easy to get to. Alberto was really really friendly and helped us with local knowledge and tourist information. Beautiful terrace and room lovely. Only thing to advise was the room was not locked, though we had no problems during our stay it may bother others as there are 2 rooms in the apartment. Otherwise could not fault our stay. Really enjoyable.

A bit far (on foot) from the city center but there are quite a lot of buses who will take you in 5 mins. to the cetrer (busnrs 1 & 9)If I should come back to Cagliari would definately stay again at this B&B. very friendly owner & a massive big terrace with lots of lovely plants !
