This motel was very impressive! Very clean, even smelled refreshing when you walked into your room. Good quiet location. Easy to find. Good "Brite-Side" breakfast. Plan to stay there on our way back through if it is available.

The daytime clerk was helpful and nice. Each night there was a party atmosphere even after pool hours and early into the morning. Not good for sleeping. Bad.

I had a nice stay. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I never had any problems for which I had to seek help from the staff. Room was clean and comfortable, probably recently remodeled (in the last five years or so). Continental breakfast was typical--muffins, cereal, bagels, very little fruit. My biggest issue was that the motel was located about twenty minutes away from most of the tourist sites (e.g. Graceland, Beale Street, the River). Otherwise it seemed to be a good neighborhood; I didn't feel unsafe at any time.

Has all the options needed for the business traveler. Large quiet room, free wireless internet, coffee machine & iron in room, and waffle maker for breakfast.

Gaming on theTV option. There is really no view from the hotel but it is in good part of town, and quiet, people friendly and is on the east side of Memphis all, all it's a pretty good place to stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations by far. The room was cozy and well laid out - the furnishings, linens, and floor surfaces added a touch of class. My husband fell in love with the big screen HDTV mounted on the wall! We both found the bed to be the most comfortable we'd found in a hotel in the sub-$100/night range. The room was spotless - even in the bathroom. The limited interaction we had with the staff was quite pleasant, and the hotel is in a very nice area - important when you're staying in a city like Memphis. Will definitely stay again!

All in all this was exactly what we were looking for, especially since it was Music Fest wekend and the hotels downtown were either booked or REALLY expensive. Only minus was they are in the middle of renovating and there was some noise Monday AM. It was after 8 AM but if you are on vacation, that is still early!

Very convenient to St Francis hospital. Shopping center next door had many restraunts which were very good (PF Changs, Jason's Deli, etc.). Warm weather pool (not inside).

Traveling with 2 dogs as we relocated, we chose this hotel primarily because it allowed dogs. It was clean enough, but the one access door from the parking lot wouldn't work with the room key. The hallways were VERY stuffy and the room was fine but nothing special. Also, the room had electronic blinds with a remote, but they wouldn't close so we were blinded by lights from the nearby hotels all night.

The staff was very accommodating. The hotel overall was very nice. Lots of modern amenities and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel for family, leisure or business travel.

Other than having a hard time finding the hotel, we had a good stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very good beds.

Nice large room Bed was not that comfortable Only one chair to sit in Maid service was over-eager to get in on checkout day Decor is very dated, but it was clean Location is excellent They did have security in the parking lot, which was comforting especially since cars have been known to get broken into in that area.

Very clean and quiet. Nothing- It's all good. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at for the money. It was very convenient to my destinations. It was also clean and quiet, plus a security guard was always there at night. Would recommend to anyone and will stay again next time in Memphis.

The amount of table top space, decor, and bed with lots of pillows. The couch in the room was stained and oiled in appearance. The services of the night clerk were outstanding, friendly, willing to do multiple faxes for me and provided great recommendations for place to eat. The room was very comfortable, safe, and convenient to downtown, the airport, shopping and food.

The hotel was very modern, clean and overall very nice. Good location to food and highway. No bar in restaurant. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very modern and clean. It had tons of desk space for me to work, greatTV and good location to highways and food. I also had a view of the pool area which was beautiful, although it was too cold to swim. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Memphis.

decor and landscaping. Few breakfast choices for diabetics. The interior decor is very Zen, and the courtyard reminded me of the French Quarter. However, there were very few breakfast choices for diabetics, and no tea bags were provided. A cook-your-own waffle (available) would have been nice, but there was no sugar-free syrup; bagels & muffins are too high-curb. Cereals were all sugared. They did have (anemic-looking) oranges, apples, and bananas, but there was no protein at all other than hard-boiled eggs. I don't drink coffee, and can't drink juice--had to spring for a Diet Coke out of the vending machine, since no tea was provided.
