After booking this hotel, I was doing more research on the area and started getting nervous because of the negative reviews of the location. Granted, maybe it's not the best area, but I felt perfectly comfortable there. The hotel was mostly clean (one of the towels had a long hair on it, but the others were fine) and the brief interactions we had with the staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable too, though we had two double beds so my husband and I slept separately (I think we both slept better though!). We missed the continental breakfast both days (ended at 9 am) but overall the hotel was great - close enough to what we needed without being expensive. If we needed a hotel in the Baltimore area again I would stay here. Unfortunately no mini fridge so the leftovers I was hoping to have for lunch the second day were garbage but that's a minor inconvenience. I loved the free Wi-Fi and proximity to restaurants, stores and gas stations.

Fabulous beds - top of the line. Had to pay $20 for parking.

We needed a clean, safe place to stay - while visiting daughter at college - with comfortable beds and hot showers. LaQuinta is conveniently located and a less expensive place to stay. When we arrived the exterior was pleasing, the desk clerk was rather non-descript but it was midnight. The room was much nicer than expected. It was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The pillows were VERY comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had hot showers. We did not use any amenities (restaurant, exercise equipment, pool) this time, but I would choose to stay at this hotel again.

On the second night of the stay the alarms went off at 2 o'clock in the mornig they cleared the hotel by yelling in the hall ways. I had paid for three rooms for two nights and when we were standing outside in the rain watching the fire men work NO ONE from the hotel said anything after about an hour they front desk said ok you can come back in Never told any one what the problem was but that the lights were out in the eleavator but you can use it. And she had know idea why the alarms were going off. needless to say we were all so tired and to scared to close your eyes that we skipped all plans of sunday and just drove home. At check out which the maid was banging on the door right at 10:00 am they said nothing about the nightmare the night before - nothing Terrible stay

Quiet good location. Staff not so helpful. Very comfy bed, staff needs better people skills. Well suited for my Business needs.

My first visit to this hotel was enjoyable. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On this second trip, the receptionist was incredibly difficult to communicate with - he was quite rude and incompetent. I shared this was the management with no intervention or follow-up.

Pretty much quiet compared to others. Only 1 staff was courteous. Location is good, hard to get into parking lot though. Not much as far as surroundings go, but it was quiet. Internet was very poor and only 1 staff member made me fell likeI was not bothering them, the others were pretty rude and short. Very comfy bed though.

Great location for our NE Baltimore activities. Very difficult entrance. This hotel wasvery basic, white bread. But it was clean as a whistle and all the staff were friendly.

This was a friendly, clean, and efficient hotel. The breakfast is more than a buffet; it was breakfast with waffles, bananas, coffee, muffins, and a wonderful staff of one. This was intimate. We are returning this weekend for 2 nights! We will enjoy the Fells Point Section of Baltimore.

Location we wanted to be within 20-30 minutes of Baltimore cruise pier. Service after we got there. I took a shower and went to the bathroom. The shower would not drain and the toilet became clogged. We called the front desk , were told no one was there to do anything about it and would not be until the next day. About an hour later they sent a security person up with a plugged which she just handed to us through the door. My husband unclogged the toilet and looked at the tub and saw that I had some how closed the drain, so it really wasn't anything major, but they didn't even bother to check. The next morning, they didn't bother to call to see how things were. We were extremely disappointed and will probably never use this chain again!

Hello, We stayed aat the hotel for four nights and loved it. Everyone was so friendly and wonderful to us. The staff went out of their way to see to it that we had anything we needed or wanted. We loved it! Our only complaint was that the pool did not open until 11 A.M. We wanted to swim after breaklfast. Every thing other than that was just like home. Our room was clean and had everything a person needs for a stay.

I liked the convenience to the shopping mall. Room needs a new lock on the bathroom door. It literally could fall off in your hand. Everything was reallly nice & convenient. The heat and A/C both worked wonderful. The beds were just right for all concerned. I will be using it agan in the near future also. Thanks for your help. We are seniors but we also had a 24 year old and a 3 yr old with us.

Staff friendy and informative. Entrence from high way poorly marked. Hotel was perfect for the business traveler. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. My only complaint was the drive way entrance was poorly marked near a fairly busy intersection.
