We went back to Massachusetts for my son's wedding and wanted a reasonable, clean room. It was that and also surprisingly quiet considering it is on a major route and the Mass Pike is right across the way. The staff was pleasant, I didn't have to drag my hair dryer and iron because they supplied them, the Auburn Mall is right across the street, and the location is great. But the bath towels were more the size of hand towels, and the vending machine was out of order one night and there is only a small breakfast bar in the morning. All in all, good economical shelter.

Two nights during the week, we got home and had no towels, once the desk clerk gave us some, but the other night she said they didn't have any (11:30).

Room was reasonably clean, barring the lone hair on the wall in the shower. The bed was kinda mushy and saggy. Room could use some updating. Fridge made funky noises, and room was facing highway (despite request to NOT be in room adjacent to highway) but I was so tired I did not notice. On a positive note, the price was reasonable. The breakfast was good. Make your own waffles! Being from NYC, what they called a "bagel" was kinda scarey. There is a Starbucks at the far end of the parking lot. I stayed with my dog (they did not charge extra for my dog, which is nice these days.) There is a decent grassy area out front to walk the dog, and also there is a PetCo right next door.

Breakfast and friendly staff. Many pets there. Mildewy, old smoke smell in the room.

This hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to and in a good area with lots of restaurant choices nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone - excellent price also! Fort Wayne, IN Sept 13th, 2008

Located not far from the Mass. Turnpike, this hotel is pet friendly, is quiet, nicely laid out and is close to several good restaurants. Our room was spacious as hotel rooms go and the bed was comfortable. The price made it doubly enjoyable. We would stay here again. This was our first experience with La Quinta and probably won't be the last.

We were attending graduation at Holy Cross, I wish that we had found this hotel sooner. It was very clean with good size rooms and an easy five minutes away from the campus. It was also well located near a shopping mall. A very good value for the money.

It was well located to my event. The hotel wan rather plain not current decoration. The room and continental breakfast were well worth the value we paid. Not a destination hotel, but definitely would return for another event if needed.

Since it was just my daughter and me, we had a room with a single king sized bed. However, I was put in a smoking room when I requested non-smoking - since it was very late and we were exhausted we didn't bother to change rooms so I can't comment on how helpful the staff would have been in moving us. The room was very clean but they shorted us on towels. Be forewarned - this hotel is sandwiched between I-90 and I-290 so traffic is very, very loud. If you don't like noise, do not stay here.

I enjoy my stay at the hotel. There is a mall near by and highways close by. Every morning you can get a nice breakfast. Don't forget to check out weekend deals at hotel for even better prices.

I was attending a memorial service, and I needed a hotel that was close to Millbury. My sister recommended La Quinta. The bed was better that my bed at home. Slept like a baby.

Friendly staff - good breakfast. TV wasnot working properly - only 6 channels. Very good value. Will stay again.

Used the online travel website to locate this hotel, it was priced appropriate for the area. 10% off of dinner at nearby Picadilly Pub was a bonus. The room was clean and quiet. I got 1st floor smoking as requested. No problems. Rennovations are almost complete but didn't cause any inconveniences.

The location was fine. The hotel felt unkempt and worn out. We didn't want to use the tub for bathing as it was stained and corroding. But, the beds were comfortable.

It was in good location. I checked into the smoking room and it was beyond terrible as they told me at check-in there were no non smoking rooms available. I then called from outside the hotel and pretended to make a reservation and they asked if I wanted smoking or non.

Room was not the same as advertised to me on the site, i.e. no microwave or fridge. Front desk staff was friendly and checking in was a breeze. The room was decent and was satisfactory enough for its purpose.

The price was reasonable and the location very convenient to us as we visited our daughter and her family in Worcester. The room was nice, clean and conveniently set up. Although the room faced the highway (I290), it was quiet Breakfast the next morning was quite good for being one that was included with the room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
