This was the dirtiest LaQuinta I've ever stayed in. Walking into the room was dirty carpet and musty smell. The remote didn't work and they couldn't get me a replacement that would work. The shower stall was filthy. hair all over the tile and the drain was clogged. Very bad experience.

Customer service was A1. The night auditor was great and quick to respond to all my needs.

Was double billed for room, and was given the run around.I had to dispute charge which cancles your credit card, Had to get new credit card, Have to wait for dispute to be setteled before new card is to be issued. Manager refuses to answer phone or return messages.

No exercise facility. Change the food type on a regular basis and provide a small refrigerator. I came for graduation exercises.

Free internet. Filthy room, holes in sheets, unsafe. This hotel was not like other La Quintas that I have stayed in. I would say this was a motel with a 1 star rating. The door appeared unsafe, the furnishings and beds where bad and noise level was too high. I would never recommend this hotel chain to another friend.

Transients begged for money as we unpacked our things from the truck. Most of the channels on the television showed pictures that were almost too dark to see. When you showered, the water would not go down the drain and you were shin-deep in dirty shower water.

The La Quinta Inn I stayed at was not sastisfactory due to the ac. was loud-my telephone didn't work. The alarm clock didn't work.I didn't sleep well because my bed was uncomfotable.I requested a change of rooms. The desk people were extremely nice and changed me over the last day.THIS ROOM WAS MORE EFFICIENT and more comfortable. If I had this initially I would have been very sastified.I will not stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and it was clean. There were no elevator for my 76 year old mother who had to walk up the stairs. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We were there for a funeral and were within 3 miles from the family home. I did not know that all rooms were on the outside and no elevator for my senior mother with knee replacement. They stated they had no rooms downstairs when we checked in at 3:00p.m. It was okay for the one night we stayed.

The motel was very clean, bed was comfortable. However, you stood in water to adjust the thermostat on the air conditioner. There was a leak somewhere, and there was a very wet spot (enough that you tracked water to the dry carpet) that measured about 2 1/2 X 6 feet. It was obvious from the smell of the carpet that the leak had been there awhile. There is no way the room could have been cleaned without the maid finding the water.

The room was fine. The only problem was the outside of the building needed some attention.

It had hot water, a refrigerator, iron & ironing board. The hole in the back of the bathroom door, bigger than my head! It is an older hotel that seems to attract the lower class people of little rock in what should be a nice area!

The waffles were fantastic. The room seemed small there was no refrigerator and the phone was not in good condition. The room was fine for an overnight trailer such I was on this trip. I have stayed in other 2 star hotels that had a 5 star appeal. The front desk clerk was very friendly, the guest ahead of me and was very short with my check-in. When we called about the pool we were told the pool was closed for the season however upon closer inspection found that the pool was not secured. The continental breakfast was great and the day time personnel were very friendly, helpful and attentive to details. A quality that should be passed to its night time personnel. Overall I feel the room was fine for the trip however feel that the hotel discourages extended stays.

Good central location. Unsafe area. Although it was a good location I felt very unsafe. It was secluded (behind another business). I will not stay at this hotel again.

The staff was very helpful. Dirty, sink was falling away from countertop and drain broken and full of hair, same with bathtub, not clean/maintained. Courteous staff but terrible rooms. The first room we went to had a broken U bolt so I didn't feel safe staying there with my 2 kids (had a broken toilet seat too). The next room had severe cleanliness issues and maintenance needed to be called before the sink fell to the floor, among other things. Couldn't make coffee in the room because they put the wrong lid to the carafe of the coffee pot. Anyway, we stayed in that room because there were cameras close so I felt a little safer there and we were only going to be there one night. Good continental breakfast though and like I said, staff was very nice.

Continental breakfast/waffles. The room. After traveling, we entered the hotel room needing to use the restroom. The toilet did not work and my husband had to fix it. The door lock was broken and there were no trashcans in the room.

The location was very convenient. The staff was not helpful; checking in took a long time. Remote control did not work. The location is good - convenient and in a safe part of town. It's clean, but worn. Staff leaves much to be desired. Where were the cookies I heard so much about?

It was close to where we needed to go. They said the room was cleaned when we checked in but they came in at 7:00 pm to clean. The pool had several bugs in it. The cleaning staff came in the room after we had already checked in and was told it was clean. We were only there for one night, and checked in after the check-in time, so therefore it should have already been cleaned.

Nothing. In a bad area, filthy, outside access hotel. The hotel was filthy, shower had mildew all in it. No toilet tissue in room.

The hotel was terrible. Just terrible. This is an old style La Quinta with doors opening to the outside. My room door was ajar when I arrived. The phone repair man had been in there and he hadn't finished so I had no phone that night. People were hanging out on the upper balcony with no shirts drinking. The hotel staff had a cigarette sitting on the counter. The room was dirty as were the sheets. A washcloth was left on the tub faucet. I felt a bit unsafe and itchy. I would never stay there again.

They couldn't have been more helpful to us. The staff was very nice. They were always asking us if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay. Very helpful with directions. Could they get us more towels. They stopped by the pool to ask if the kids were enjoying their stay.
