Would recommend finding another location if you are business traveler. First of all, because I booked on Orbitz they did not give me my points on my La Quinta card, which is the first time I have encountered that. Kinda motel look...with those old keys. Room was big enough, but bathroom light took 10 minutes to finally come on with the light screen hanging down. The TV would only be on for 3 minutes then shut itself off, and would stay off for over an hour. But was very close to my next morning appointment, but I guess I am used to better from this chain. Better hotels were available down the road. Lesson learned!

Nothing. Awful service. I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room we were originally given was a mess - it was a non-smoking room that wreaked of cigarettes, it had a refrigerator and microwave sitting in the hallway, and it had about one foot of dirty brown water sitting in the bathtub. We were then transferred to another room which also had problems - it had two twin beds instead of the king size I reserved, the key cards did not work (even after the person at the front desk came to try to fix them), and the lamp malfunctioned in the middle of the night. The front desk was not very helpful with resolving these issues and bordered on being rude. One individual was somewhat apologetic but wouldn't listen to what I was saying.

We were in town for the National H.O G. rally. Inn was OK but prices were increased for this weekend. We normally stay at better places, this is the difference between an INN and a Hotel. We would stay again IF all the hotels were booked.

I had requested a non-smoking room however when I entered the room, the smell of smoke was strong and there were clean ash trays in the room. I was given a second room and found the soap was used, soiled wash cloth and towel and the bed was not crisp. The third room was acceptable but a little noisy above the pool. The lady at the front desk was apologetic. The continental breakfast was weaker than the typical LaQuinta breakfast. The entrance to the hotel is also tricky as the hotel sits back out of sight from several directions.

The hotel and grounds were very clean, convenient pet trail and clean. There was no pool available! The breakfast food was not good.

Room Not Service! I left my room at 10:30am Returned at 11:00pm the bed not made-up,no clean towels, trash not empty.

The room was clean. The location was quiet, but a bit out of the way. The staff was very helpful. The only negative was the breakfast. The toasters failed to work and we wasted bagels and waffles

Would have liked to see coffee available 24/7 instead of only at breakfast.

room was old and load heard everything outside and next rooms. Plumming made noise when water turned on in other rooms

We were in Knoxville overnight. The hotel location was convenient to the interstate and a quick trip to downtown Knoxville. The room was spacious with a nice roomy bathroom. The room did not have a fridge or microwave which was the only negative point. Overall, it was a nice hotel and I would recommend it.

Good price for what you get. No frills but wasn't dirty or rundown either. Good location but a bit hard to get in and out of the drive. It worked for what we needed, which was basically a place to sleep. Decent price and nothing spectacular but nothing dirty and nasty either. For being so close to the interstate I was pleasantly surprised that we couldn't hear the noise from our room.

Breakfast was overrun by hoards of VOLS fans. Crowd management was non-existent.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience. We would stay there again when we go to Knoxville. The price was fair.

The motel was clean and comfortable for our 5 day stay and nice places to eat near by. Would stay here again!!!

We only stayed there to sleep for the night so it met our needs and expectations. Hotel itself had a dirty feel to it.

The La Quinta Knoxville Wst was well located next to several good restaurants and right off the Interstate. The air conditioning worked beautifully; the breakfast provided was fine. I wish they'd had a little brighter lighting in the lobby so that breafasting guests could read the paper more easily. Otherwise, I'm glad I stayed there.

Close to freeway, restaurant and shopping. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Excellent hotel for single traveler or couple without children. Easy Wi-Fi access on unsecured network connection.

Basic hotel, nothing very special, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Provided a roll-a-way bed at no extra charge. Breakfast was free, but not very good. Coffee, frozen waffles, toast, cereal, etc.
