I like the fact that it was close to the highway. The hotel needs a little more lighting in the parking lot. I like the fact it was close to the highway. I wasn't expecting much but was overall amazed at the size and amenities of the room.

Everything about this hotel was just fine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

It was very conveniently located. Despite the advertising, there was no wireless access. This hotel was clean and convenient. However, it does not appear well managed. The front desk clerk was new and left unattended so long lines formed. We got no housekeeping service the second day. There was no wireless service, despite the advertising. The drink machines were empty all weekend.

It was very close to the location I was planning to visit. My room smelled like wet dog and had dog hair on the sheets.

Easy on and off I-10, and several restaurants within walking distance, and a gas station as well. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. No problem accepting our dogs, either.

The staff was AMAZING. Doors go directly to outside, but it was not a big deal. Lovely spot if you are looking to save a few bucks. Big vanity area; multiple people can get ready at once. Overall a pleasant stay.

"We could smell the reek of urine in the corridor. The awful smell doubled after entering our room. The front desk said all double rooms were booked and sent us to the hotel next door. Except that the room in that hotel also had the same bad smell. Needless to say, our family fled as fast as we could from the torturous room as soon as the sun rose the next morning. Also, La Quinta does not honor any Return reward points if you book through a third party."

Free Wi-Fi in room and work table with comfortable work chair. Shortage of unoccupied electrical outlets in room; dead insects in corners (but it is tropical climate).

Location. Smokey room/non-working hairdryer. Only 1 person at the desk. Could not replace a non-working hairdryer. Breakfast was poor!

Nice, friendly staff, clean rooms. No bad comments. This hotel was convenient to our venue, very easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were also very comfortable.

Comfortable beds with desk and microwave and refrigerator. Outside corridors - like a roadside motel instead of hotel.

Location to where I needed to be the following morning. The layout. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean. I was not there long enough to have much of an opinion of anything else. I have stayed at La Quinta before and have never been disappointed.

Good size rooms, all clean and good staff. This hotel is convenient to get to downtown and the River Center. The rooms are large enough for a family to enjoy. Has a clean pool in center- easy access for everyone. Well stocked and comfortable eating area. Helpful staff.

Convenient to the concert we were attending. Had to wait over an hour for a taxi.

Convenient location to freeway. Restroom needed lots of work. Door did not lock well. Loud. Did not feel safe. Old, out of date and needs lots of work.

Was conveniently located near major streets, attractions and restaurants. NA. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located near major streets, attractions, and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean with extra amenities such as a micro-fridge, blow dryer, iron, and ironing board. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, large room. Desk staff not very friendly. Close to LSU, clean room, space to spread out.
