The bed was comfortable. The shower needed maintenance. We were in the non-smoking wing and it had been heavily sprayed with some kind of deoderant. It was located on a main highway which was noisy. It met our immediate needs but it certainly would not have been our first choice.

The first room given to me was disappointing. When i first entered, it felt like a low budget motel room. It didn't feel or smell clean. The bathroom needed to be updated and the tub did not look too clean. The AC was not cold enough. I had the room changed. The new room was a little better, but it still felt out dated. New carpeting may help the appearence. The room view faced the airport and the windows were dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean, nice staff, comfortable. No adult TV. channels. Vary well, vary clean.

This hotel has far exceeded our expectations for a ""pet friendly"" lodging. It is extremely clean with great guest services for a very reseaonable price. Highly recommend!

Nothing. It had an offensive odor, the carpet was not clean. We will never stay at this particular hotel again. We had such a short notice to plan this trip.

My door lock didn't line up, so I couldn't lock the door with the door latch.Beds are very firm.No hot cocoa, or hot water for tea/cocoa, breakfast didn't have much to eat.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The guest computer in the lobby was convenient. The staff was extremely accommodating. The Wi-Fi did not work. The hotel staff was extremely nice. The curtains in the room were falling down. The Wi-Fi did not work. The breakfast buffet closed early on our first morning there despite having checked the hours of operation with both the afternoon and night front desk clerks. There was a lot of smelly dog poop in the gravel outside of the side entrance. Not worth. Also, the front desk staff nearly charged my credit card again for my stay. Seemed that they were not trained well.

The staff was very helpful and we loved the continental breakfast. I wish there was an outdoor pool. It was great.

It was easy to get to and from the hotel to where I needed to go. Not enough TV stations. I really was surprised at how easy it was to get to and from the hotel. It was clean. The staff was great. No real complaints.

Younger desk staff extremely helpful and friendly! Would like the window to open further than an inch or two. Excellent front desk service, great location in proximity to Strip and Orleans Casino. Rooms clean and neat, overall sense of security while staying there.

Price was good, close to bus line. Not sparkling. It was convenient in that it was very close to the bus stop and a short ride on the bus to the strip. The staff was mostly friendly, but was very busy and a bit curt. We did originally get put in a smoking room that was just unbearable and they were able to move us right away to a non-smoking room.

This is a wonderful hotel. It is just on the other side of the interstates from the strip so driving to and from was no problem. It is a straight shot to MGM. Even though it is close it is also secluded and allows you to get away, get some rest and then continue with your plans. We will definitely stay there again.

It was clean. Room key did not always work. It is clean and well cared for and I would recommend it to friends. I will most likely use the hotel again.

It was close to the freeway and airport. It was in a not so good part of town - the area was dirty. Every time we left the hotel, there were people (not staying at the hotel) loitering around the vehicles in the parking lot. There were people asking for money and such. My family and I never felt very safe. In fact, we left the hotel at 4:00 am just to get out of there. I would feel safer if the hotel and the parking lot were gated - or something to that effect. We will NOT stay there ever again!!

Location, Service, Courtesy. Quality of equipments/facilities. Great place considering that we hardly spent 4 hours at the hotel. We spent most of the time in casino. So, for stay, I think it was good.

I liked Maria at the front desk & the breakfast staff. Jason who checked us in was not helpful or listening to me. When I checked in, Jason was not friendly or helpful. I asked for a non-smoking room 3 times & he said it was. When I walked down to the rooms, they were both smoking. When I went back to change them he said it was my mistake for asking for a smoking room online. I said I asked him 3 times in front of him. He ignored me. One room was non-smoking & one seemed to be a smoking room w/ the ashtrays taken out. There was not a non-smoking sign outside of it. The room itself was ok. The breakfast room was clean & the staff very helpful & friendly. Then when we checked out, he had checked us in wrong & we were going to be charged twice. Maria handled it nicely.

Close to strip interstate. Food spots picture/wall. Close to strip interstate, nice pool rooms not clean walls dirty rest of room okay. I would stay there again.

They had a decent breakfast. Carpet ripped, bed broken, lack of service. The main floor looked nice and after walking downstairs the hotel started looking more and more decrepit the closer to the room. The bed was so bad that if sitting or laying on the bed you would end up sunk down in the middle. We told the hotel staff that the bed was broken after only being there for 20 min. The response was, "OK, I will let them know" and nothing was done about it. I took pictures of the broken bed and the torn carpets, and the mildew/mold growing in the shower area. I would not stay here again. I have stayed at LaQuinta in other cities and have never been disappointed. This LaQuinta is a very big disappointment for the LaQuinta chain.

Local, friendly customer service. Great location, not to far from the strip. Easy access to the 15 fwy. Friendly employees. Would recommend to friends and family.

The continental breakfast was very pleasant and had an adequate number of choices. The hotel did not want to grant my request for two beds in one of my two rooms without paying extra. The carpet in the room showed signs of repeated cleaning with a carpet cleaner. It was bunched and loose in places like a puppy's skin. The traffic near the hotel was very heavy at times, but noise wasn't an issue even though we were on the traffic side of the building. We did not swim or use the pool facilities, but the pool looked very clean and inviting.
