I was visiting the area for a sporting event, and I picked this hotel because it had the lowest price at the time. Closet and bathrooms were quite small, and the tv/remote had technical issues. Parking and check-in was convenient, and the complimentary breakfast buffet had eggs, sausage, bacon, pan cakes and waffles. There is no WiFi, but free LAN connection is available for internet access. However, it's not a simple plug and play. There is an instruction sticker on the router that requires the user to acess a Start -> Run -> command -> iconfig.

It was in a Great area of businesses and restaurants. And the staff was helpful and friendly. That the breakfast should be with a lot more choices. Overall, it was a great place. I enjoyed it very much and when I go back out to Provo, UT.

Admittedly this is probably the single busiest day for the hotel each year, but they should expect that. We requested a rollaway...since the front desk person is the same person who obtains rollaways, we had to keep pestering until we obtained it. I felt like we had to do this because the hotel was so busy. The beds weren't very comfortable. For a hotel that caters to families, we were surprised that there was cable, but no Disney channel. The hotel felt a little old and run-down, and had a dank smell to it. For a brief overnight visit when the prices aren't through the roof, I'm sure the hotel would be fine, but we were paying a premium and felt like the hotel should be a premium hotel, which it wasn't. We cancelled our second night and returned home.

Close to the mall. No hot water in the mornings. I would not stay at this hotel again.

My husband, dog, and I always stay at LQ since they take pets. But this LQ was the worst ever! The bathrooms are teenie tiny, the rooms have a musty smell and the hallways are just disgusting. I think they're remodeling - so maybe it will be better. It's very close to the 15, though, and right next to the mall! Very safe too.

The breakfast & location. The ice machine was broken. The hotel had everything.

In my opinion, it does not deserve it's rating. They first booked me in a room that was in an area they were doing repair to the hallway. They moved me upstairs and this room doesn't look clean. The bath is stained and walls need cleaning or paint. It wasn't bad enough to try to find another room after 12 hours of driving, but I am still diappointed. I've stayed in much better La Quinta's.

Nothing. The hair in the tub and jelly substance on the table did not make a great first impression. N/A

Stay away. Did not recognize my discount. Many mexicans milling around doing nothing but looking in vehicles.Beds are beyond life. Mold in bathroom. locks don't always work. Tv was poor.Breakfast was ok, considering the rest of the facility. Hotel is under construction, no discount.

Their free breakfast was great, eggs, bacon French toast. Real close to shopping and freeway. They were in the middle of remodeling the lobby, the restaurant was having a x-mas party so parking was crowded. I would definitely return. If stay would have been longer I could enjoy the other amenities like the weight-room, the restaurant was a national chain. The room was clean and fresh. The free breakfast was unexpected! Who would have thought, they had a buffet style eggs, bacon, hash-browns and more. It was great.

I agree with other ""Review"" guest. It does make a difference what condo you get.Check the photo's on the web.We had a designer renovated room with an awsome view of the city.Very clean. The fireworks from the Hooks game were so romantic. The fish were bitting and the pool temp was perfect.I understand new management has been hired and know how much of a difference that can make with getting things done like cleaning and fencing. We will be back,Thank-you

Close to the mall and complimentary free shuttle to downtown and within 8 miles. Also, complimentary hot breakfast buffet was very nice. N.A Very pleasant experience with convenience to the destinations within the city. Complimentary shuttle and hot breakfast were the best service we had. I think that the location adjacent to the mall was also attractive for the travelers

They gave me a king size bed like I wanted without any troubles at all. Their TV didn't have a place to plug in my video game system. They were rebuilding the front lobby while we were staying there and it really didn't seem to bother anyone that there were construction people working at the same time you were trying to sleep. I would definitely stay here again. One problem we had was we were in a non smoking room and at times it seemed that someone was smoking right outside our door.

Quiet, clean rooms, near mall and restaurants. No indoor swimming pool. Room was clean, complimentary breakfast was excellent (for free breakfast), location is great you have easy freeway access, food, shopping, etc.

it was a hotel. Everything, especially the beds and showers. I hated this hotel. I could not sleep in the bed because it was like sleeping on the floor. I just hated everything about this stay.

It was in a good location. It was easy to get to. The parking situation was not always the best. The hotel was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again. The steak house restaurant that was attached was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall is was a wonderful stay.

Quiet, even though my room was by the stairwell. Room very chilly. Seemed to take the heater, furnace a long time to warm up. I think this hotel is a good value. I liked the location, next to major shopping center and restaurants. Easy freeway access. The complimentary breakfast looked very nice, but did not have time to try it. I would stay here again.

Close to freeway and shopping. Hotel under renovation. The heater in our room did not work very well and the room was cold for our entire stay.

Located right by Provo town mall, well worth the money! We had a smoking room and did not get our request for non smoking and hotel clerk was not friendly about it! Great location right off the university exit and right by a huge mall, well worth the price! Would have been nice to get non-smoking request.
