The Hotel is very easy to reach from the airport which was a plus for us but for those who'd rather not be next to the highway a minus. Service varied between charming, overworked but always helpful. We had no towels in our room and it took about 3 hours to get any at all. Very nice breakfast

The room was very basic and clean. Had everything we needed. The breakfast was not as good as some other La Quinta's we've stayed at.

The iron was missing, the light in the toilet did not work, but the service did not show any reaction except a bored nod.And the orange juice for breakfast is a disaster. The room was so so, nothing special, but clean.Best thing about this hotel is its relatively convenient location.

The staff was superfriendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great, close to the airport and to other locations we went to visit. Many restaurants close by. My family including our children (15 & 18) would come back in a heart beat. Only disappointment was not visiting the continental breakfast.........slept in too late.

Price and location. Over all quality needs improvement.

The only problem I had was the fact that we didn't have face washcloths 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. Also, we didn't have regular coffee. I found 2 different cleaning ladies and was told that they didn't have any coffee or washcloths. I then went to the office. I was told that they would bring them to my room. About 1 1/2 hours later, (after I called them), I received the cloths and coffee.

Location. Short shower head, I hit my head a lot and very noisy, 3 hours sleep.

The service was terrible the person who checked us in was very unprofessional, and the room was not kept up. We were very dissatisfied with our stay.

The La Quinta on Black Canyon in Phoenix was comfortable and clean although not located in the best of neighborhoods. It is, however right next to a Denny's and Starbucks so if you're in need of a quick bite or coffee its quite convenient. Hotel staff were courteous. Suite facilities were large and spacious although a bit dated. For a one or two night affordable stay this hotel is fine, however I probably wouldn't choose it for a long stay.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Large trucks parked next to my room. They were loud coming and going. My stay at this hotel was satisfactory. However, the hotel experienced a power outage the second night of my visit. Because of the power outage, at check out I requested an email receipt. This was five days ago, and I have yet to receive the requested email receipt.

The La Quinta Inn in Phoenix on Thomas Road had a great room for the price. The staff was friendly. They offered a continental breakfast with a lot of variety. They were quick to answer questions and provide information. Overall I would definatly stay there again if we go back to Phoenix. Also, the location was great. Everything was really easy to get to from the hotel.

Close to the airport but not in the flight path. Some sketchy people hanging around during the day. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good value for the price.

No WI-FI hookup and the breakfast was not much. Very nice employees but the hotel is older.

Breakfast. Rooms very ugly. The remote was a game controller hated it. Beds very uncomfortable Very expensive for the quality of room. I usually love to stay at a La Quinta but this one was the worst ever.

Was OK. Staff was fine. Problem with homeless roaming about the hotel's property. Although, it was out of their control, There were many homeless folks milling about the property. We had to lock down the room & actually call for the police to get the bums off of the property. They also stole all of the breakfast foods & passing it on to their friends. Wi-Fi did not work.

Breakfast good - room small - ran out of food. Location. OK in a pinch.

Desk staff was friendly. Pillow quality. Every time I walked out the door of my room the key would not work and I had to go to the front desk for a new key.

Nothing. The staff is very uninformed of how to run a hotel. I had to wait four hours to get a downstairs room, I was check out of my hotel had to recheck in and the staff did not clean the room, and waited 3 hours for towels and ask to speak to manager about getting reimburse for one day because no services was provided still waiting to her back. Sorry hotel, worse experience I have ever had at a hotel.
