The hotel seeemed nice at first. The rooms seemed alright. But the longer we stayed the more we noticed. The outside pool was dirty and the hot tub was out of service. On the last day of our stay I found MOLD in the back of one of the closets.

Large rooms, warm pool and good breakfast. Very pleasant stay, front desk clerk were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was quite warm and lovely to work out in during the evening hours, breakfast was excellent with a great variety of items.

Beautiful lobby with automatic doors and fountain. X (front loby) was very freindly. Rooms were clean, spacious and bright. Bed was so comfortable, I wanted to bring it home. The breakfast was very nice and Ms. X was offered exceptional service. She helped with the waffles (they were sticking a little), cleaned our table and offered to bring us juice or coffe from the breakfast bar. The pool was clean and the water temperature was perfect! We will definately stay here again!

Clean, friendly staff, free breakfast. Bathroom doors hard to close, movies were expensive. We were there to be close to the hospital as surgery was scheduled early the next day. Hotel location was convenient, rooms were nice and clean and spacious.

My husband and I were very pleased with our hotel on this visit. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful the room was clean and for the price we would highly recommend it. It was nice to have a public computer available as well. Also glad to have a fitness room that was open 24 hours.

I wasn't expecting much for the price but was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was better than the usual muffin and cereal. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, good breakfast, nice staff. Far away from city center. We stayed two nights there. The hotel was great. The staff were nice. The breakfast was good. The location was very clean. But we had only two problems with it. It was a little far away from the St. Louis city center. 2 in the first night when we wanted to enter our room, the door lock wasn't working and we couldn't open the door to enter the room. It was 11:30 pm. The staff said there was no maintenance at nights and they didn't have emergency for such cases. So, they assigned another room to us and we stayed the first night in another room. Al though we did need our stuff but it wasn't that mush bad.

The hotel itself was acceptable. However, I didn't realize this hotel was so far from downtown st. louis. Also, I thought there was a mall and a bunch of resturants nearby. The only resturant I saw was hooters. I dont think I'll stay in the westport area again.

THe overall cleanliness of the hotel was good but there were some things that need to be corrected. The hot tub had way too much chlorine that you were not able to enjoy it because the chemicals were burning our eyes. Our room had several things not in working order and then one gentleman at the front desk had no customer service skills at all.

Great location, a short drive to everything, and clean. Enjoyed our stay. No concerns about health and/or cleanliness. Much more than expected for the price. Delighted, we stayed in the same hotel on our return trip. At check-out I asked to book a room for the return part of our trip, and at the same rate. Was told that they didn't know the rate charged. A little disappointed that they didn't offer to book a room for me anyway and inquire about the rate I'd received. It would have been the icing on the cake if they had. Price line made it simple. Price line made it easy. I've saved a link for Price line on my desktop.

i did not like the ideal of giving one of my rooms away, when i was waiting on them to clean it. was told to come back at 3:00pm, i came back at 3:00pm and the room was giving away. i had to move up on the fourth floor. at night the rooms got hot we all were very uncomfortable. stated that they was nothing they could do because we went through travelocity.........wanted to place us in a handicap room ...why i have no ideal...but i refused

The location was good, room was clean. Pleasant to pull up to, clean accommodating entrance, and quiet. Four pillows per bed, outdoor pool not yet warm enough to use.

Booked two rooms, for my husband and I,and another for 2 grown children. Very affordable. Felt like a first class hotel for not much money. As have family all over the area, the location, not far from main interstate was terrific. Morning breakfast was very nice, although was crowded at times. Pool looked terrific, husband enjoyed it although got crowded with children at one point. We found good restaurants nearby.

Very clean and well maintained. Great location. Some mold on the wall by the sprinkler system nozzle. The location was secluded and had a park like atmosphere while being very close to the highway and a gas station. Everything seemed extremely clean and well taken care of except for the small moldy spot on the wall near the sprinkler system nozzle.

Room was perfect and clean. Very impressed. Second floor ice machine wasbroken. Remote needed batteries. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Loved the room and the price. Would definitely go back.

Location, breakfast selection considering it was only continental. We were assigned to a smoking room. If you are a non-smoker (perhaps even if you are a smoker!), request a non-smoking room!

I selected this hotel based on the other reviews I had read and the price wasn't too bad either. The hotel was better than I would have anticipated. When we checked in the desk clerk made sure that we had a room right across the hall from the rest of the family we were meeting in St. Louis. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and we had a microwave and refrigerator in our room. The breakfast buffet wasn't anything spectacular but offered a good, basic breakfast. The hotel was in what appeared to be a pretty nice part of St. Louis. I would definitely stay here again if I have a reason to go back to St. Louis.

Location and easy access. Nothing. I have stayed in this hotel in the past on business and leisure travel. The facilities are good and price is reasonable for St Louis.
