The staff was amazing! Very friendly and very helpful. The bed was too firm for my liking. Very nice. Clean, affordable, comfortable. Friendly helpful staff.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was great. The rooms are large and the staff is very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Vicksburg to give it a try.

High quality. I would recommend this hotel. It was clean and safe. Definitely a gem For the first time in my life, I did not have to call for towels or pillows. The bed slept better than my own.

(Photos on this website are NOT of this new La Quinta.) We stayed overnight enroute to Dallas from the Tampa area on February 26, 2009. The hotel had recently opened, everything was fresh, and the room was immaculate. Our Welsh terrier was welcomed without question and there was no charge for our pet. The king bed had a wonderful covered duvet. The only problem I had with the bedding was that the pillows were a bit too plump. I walked our dog at 4AM and when I entered the lobby, there was bar with fresh coffee, available all night. In the morning, there was an excellent breakfast selection, including waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, assorted yogurts, pastries, etc. My husband usually doesn't take the time to eat any complimentary breakfasts at motels, but he raved about this. We paid a senior rate, which, with tax, was less than $*. There was an outdoor pool and heated whirlpool, which looked great, but I didn't use. We definitely would stay here again.
