Poor staff. The information on the website didn't match with what they offered. Super small rooms. If you don't care about anything then this is the place for you.

I liked the staff especially the lady that worked in the kitchen. Overall, we loved this hotel and had a wonderful location by the beach.

Glad I didn't read the other reviews first. Room recently remodeled with art deco; pretty cool. Nice work desk. Nice towels. Carpet a little stained. New tub with fresh caulk. New granite sink area. New toliet seat. Not enough light at sink area for applying make-up. Bed/linens were o.k. Near great restaurants.

I had stayed there before the renovation and was not happy so I was pleasantly surprised to find my room was very modernized and thankfully clean. It suited my needs perfectly, especially having a refrigerator and microwave. It was closeby for visting friends and eating out and I could walk to the Barnes & Noble nearby. I'll be back in August for a wedding and plan to stay again. Thanks!

We were booked and pre-paid for a non-smoking room, but was told upon arrival only smoking was available. It was my worst night ever in a hotel. The smell was horrid, the room was dirty. Stay somewhere else!

Great value, room quality comparable to more expensive hotels, recently renovated and clean... good, cheap hotel if you just need a place to spend the night... complementary breakfast was a pleasant surprise

Location. I dislike everything about it. The front desk attendant greeted me with, yes, instead of a simple, how can I help you. The lady gave me the key to my room, and I proceeded to take the elevator with my kids to the second floor of the hotel. As soon as we exited the elevator the smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable. Then I was given a room on the fourth floor of the hotel. That hallway did not smell as much as the hallway in the second floor. The room was impregnated with the smell of carpet deodorant. They put so much carpet deodorant on it that I got a headache from the smell of it. The bed that I slept in had a dent right in the middle. The sheets in my kids bed had holes from cigarette burns. As I was exiting the hotel to go visit my sister I heard another guest complaining about the smell in the hallways. It was a nightmare, I felt bad for my kids that they had to stay there. Will never recommend that hotel!

we stayed in this hotel and we wanted to leave so bad the same night, everything was nasty, everything, mold, etc, etc,.

This was a nightmare, they gave away my non-smoking room and had only smoking rooms. At first I was told that all they could do because they were over booked was to put me in a smoking room. It took awhile and some firm talking to have them locate and pay for my stay at another location. This was at midnight. Wow, what a scare plus I had to drive another 20 minutes to their next location!!!

Very clean and modern. Only snack machine on the first level.

The rooms at the La Quinta were recently remodeled and looked very nice. It was a comfortable room but we were on the first floor and we could hear a lot of noises - outside, our neighbors, etc. I am a light sleeper so it was a bit irritating. The room seemed very clean but I did have to kill a small cockroach. The location was great. There were plenty of stores and restaurants around and it was very close to our destination. Overall it was an okay stay.

Modern interior decor. The alarm clock required an engineering degree to operate. The hotel met all my expectations. It was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

There was some upkeep that needs tending too. Bathroom room door would not close, no shelve space for toiletries, very noisy air conditioner.

Clean room and as expected. Shower had trouble getting hot water. Hotel was as expected. Clean room, safe location and plenty of parking.

Convince to stops on trip. Clerk at desk was not helpful. Asked on reservation for non smoking room and reservation showed it, but was put on a smoking floor and smoking room. Desk clerk was not helpful and did nothing to help us, with a bad attitude.

The location was convenient for our purpose. The Sawgrass Expressway is just 10 minutes away. Multiple dining options with walking distance, along with lots of shopping in the area. Rooms are functional with newer furniture throughtout. Contiential breakfast was standard hotel fare and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The room had a beautiful contemporary appearance and the entire hotel was clean enjoyable. We were not expecting much, but it was the hotel with the best location for our plans that weekend. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and contemporary atmosphere of the lobby and lounge, and our room. I travel here often and would happily stay in this hotel again.
