We thought we were going to stay at a fabulous hotel from what our travel agent told us and from looking at the hotel website. Beware! When you get there the hotel is nothing like it looks on the website! The rooms are extremely small with short beds, and the food at the restaurants were terrible. The pool is small but it looks huge on the website. We were very disappointed with what we got considering what we were told we were going to get. We talked to other hotel guests at Crown and they were disappointed also. We had a great time in PV but we would not stay at this hotel again.

Everything was great - the pools and rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and the food and drinks were excellent. The only issue we had was on the weekend a lot of the locals check in so it gets very loud and crowded, however, from Sunday to Friday it was perfect! Great value for the couple or family on a budget.

Not impressed -- old hotel that needs a renovation and just a good cleaning! Kids Room means that 3/4 of the balcony has been converted so the balcony is almost non-existent. Not what you expect from All-Inclusive -- would not stay here ever again!

Our room was so filthy, I had to lay towels across the sticky grimey floor to walk on, and it smelled like mold! The sheets were stinky and dust flew from sheets. The food was scarce and unedible! Get use to the crap served at the snack bar. The staff is miserable and unconcerned. I paid for 7nts, but left the next day for a decent hotel. You better not expect much for your money here. Horrible experience!
