We were traveling through on vacation. The rooms were clean and appeared recently updated. Unfortunately, the mattresses were worn and should be replaced. We felt like we were tipped into the center with two people on bed. The tv schedule had HBO listed with an HBO schedule available in room but no HBO could be found on the tv. The hot breakfast was good but, could've used some yogurt on the menu.

I booked a room through travel website for this hotel because it was pet friendly. I paid for the room through travel website company on my credit card. When I arrived I was told I had to pay an additional non-refundable $ because I brought a pet. No where in the travel website documentation concerning rates said I had to pay an additional $. Since I paid for the room through Travelocity, the hotel would not refund my money for the night's stay. It was the principal of the matter and I found the clerks very indifferent about my concern.

X, the reservation clerk, went out of his way to make my stay wonderful. The room was clean, quiet and well serviced, Puella Grill is within walking distance and the food is superb!

The room was very typical, sink was on outside of bathroom. I guess that helps speed things up. All in all above average cleanliness. Pool was ok, but no clock and hot tub seemed a bit greenish. Pretty much chaos at the breakfast bar around 8AM with inadequate staffing to clean and refill food items. Workout room has only 3 machines and there was a computer in the business center if you wantyed to have computer access. Plenty of food and gas choices in this pit stop off of I 40.

Not only was the side door broken and wouldn't close (safety issue) but we were awoken at 5 and 5:15am by an unbelievable sound. My husband had to call the front desk to ask if we should evacuate. They said sometimes it happens when a toilet doesn't flush properly. Didn't make any sense to us since it sounded like the room was going to fall through the floor. The front desk was rude, there were no cups in the rooms, no towels in the pool and a trash can missing from the room. I've always heard La Quinta is a great place to stay but we will never be back to this one.

we regularly use this LaQuinta when at UT softball camp. Breakfast is always good even on a very busy Saturday.

The woman at the front desk was a bit cold and abrasive. Other then that the rooms were clean, the beds were uncomfortable but expected, and the breakfast wasn't too bad. Also, there was a great restaurant right by the hotel.

"Very nice hotel, although elevator is quite slow. Needs clearer directions to find the hotel, but otherwise very nice, clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast. I'd stay there again"
