Date of Stay:

This hotel was EASY to find (one turn off I-95) and had an independent diner attached to the hotel. It was a rainy evening and we didn't have to go anywhere after a long day of driving. Room was clean and newly renovated. Wi-fi worked like a charm. Would stay there again.

Convenience and price. The staff seemed indifferent; room one light was out, tub drained poorly. A reasonable place to stay; for the money it was fine.

The hotel was OK except it was very old and dirty. There was a fithly whirlpool tub in the bathroom. We called and they came up and cleaned it but it was so old. The housekeeper said they were renovating but hadn't done our room yet. The shower was lukewarm in the morning and we ended up not taking showers. The whirlpool tub was huge (tall) and difficult to get into anyway. On the positive side, the staff was good and friendly and the breakfast buffet was good.

The Staff were surly, defensive, and uncommunicative. We had been at the desk almost an hour before a senior staff member made any attempt to help. It was midnight before we got to a room, and one week later I am still dealing with removing the extra charges made to my credit card!

Room was clean and comfortable; staff washelpful. Shower was difficult to regulate.

I enjoyed my stay. The service was good, the rooms clean, and the price well worth it.

Overall, the La Quinta Inn & Suites Stamford was a good deal. The location is very convienent off of 1-95 and has a surprisingly large upscale restaurant attached. We did not use the pool or business facilities, but they seemed average. Our room had updated linens, but the bathroom amneities were lacking a bit.

Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Our room was not cleaned and refreshed after the first night stay.

The fairfield in was extremely clean... but it is also a new place so I wouldn't expect any less. The breakfast was good... more of a selection than most places but it is layed out poorly. Hard to get to what you want.. unorganized.

the La Quinta in Stamford was a nice quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. Nice pool area. Had a nice restaurant attached. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and had large bathroom. Had a little trouble getting anough towels and washclothes. Would definately stay there again. Price was in range of what we wanted to spend. Plenty of parking.

Free wireless. Off-highway location. Easy to find, but bad for road noise. Road noise of I-95. Lack of a comfortable lobby. Fine hotel experience. Room was simple, clean, & without wasted space. Parking lot was easy to access and with quick in-out from hotel entrance. The hotel lacks appealing common space or lobby, so not a place to meet associates or linger. The attached City Limits Diner, however, provides a great menu for breakfast, lunch and reasonable dinners. Bar is in the diner too.

Great place to stay. X was very accommodating and informative. Definitely would choose this hotel again.

Close to major roads. Too noisy. Would not move me. Old hotel that needs help. Strange people in lobby all night and no one on the side not facing highway and they would not move me and printer in lobby never works!

Clean, efficient and handy affordable diner/restaurant. Too long to get a taxi.

Staffwas friendly & helpful. Complimentary continental breakfast was wonderful. Refrigerator in room. Nice soft big towels. There were stairs to get to elevator, though not a problem for me. Room was not vacuumed well; quite nice otherwise. Nice room - had 1 queen bed, TV, desk with chair, another easy chair, iron & ironing board, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, nice soft big towels. Hotel lobby had a computer set up for guests with internet access. Complimentary continental breakfast was wonderful - coffee, tea, juices, milk, and homemade waffles with toppings, muffins, toast, oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt. NICE set up for continental breakfast in a very comfortable room. Indoor pool, but we did not use it. Small exercise room, but we did not use that either. Enjoyed our stay & would probably do it again. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel accommodations.

Location was perfect for my visit. There's nothing I did not like. The only thing I can say is I told all my friends what a great hotel you have.

I liked the price. The location was not as near downtown as I would have liked. It was decent and clean and the price was great.
