It was a nice hotel, but the AC system was kind of strange. Our room never seemed to cool down, and during the middle of the night, the AC cut itself off. We never were comfortable. Everything else was just fine though.

Stayed one night, 4/5/09. Very nice room. Nicely renovated and clean. I like the security of indoor room access. Staff very pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised for the location and price. I will stay again.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and found the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The only complaint I had was that the room keys frequently did not work. I did however find the rooms nicely decorated and it was a pleasure staying there.

Pretty facility. The air conditioner did not work well. Only one small dead bug in the room. Pretty good morning breakfast (bagels, muffins, waffles, coffee, juices) no eggs or bacon or anything like that.

I booked and was confirmed a month in advance for a smoking room. Upon my arrival I discovered I was in a no-smoking room. The front desk explained that all smoking rooms were closed for renovation.The room had been recently freshened with new fixtures, and furnishings, however, the lack of cleanliness of the toilet (dried urine stains on rim) and bathroom floor (urine stains on floor in front of toilet, dust bunnies containing hair in corners) left me feeling paranoid about the overall cleanliness of the facility.

Housekeeping staff need to learn to clean a little better. Found ""hairs"" in the bathroom floor of 1st room, staff immed. chngd rm, no questions asked (still found hair in shower). Nice pool. Bed was comfortable and loved the free high speed internet access.

VERY friendly staff and the room was great, bathroom a little small. Confusing to find the driveway at first with the traffic. If I am ever in the area again I will make may stay enjoyable by staying here again.

The decor is startling and fresh; the beds are wonderful, and the location is perfect. It is next to a Denny's Diner which I detest; I like the regular Denny's though. When you enter your room, you are startled by the colors, the flooring, the choice of art work, and the choice of colorful bedding. These rooms should be featured in a design magazine. The staff was helpful and friendly; their breakfasts have a wide variety of foods. We would have stayed two or three more days if we had had the time. A friend of ours always stays in a La Quintal and now we understand why. The pillows are goose down which is fine for me but my wife is allergic to them. But this is one of those problems of abundance not paucity!

Great pool- very modern décor, lots of perks. Sub-par housekeeping service. The hotel is in a great location, has a wonderful pool and spa, solid free breakfast, free internet, lots of cable TV on flat screened TVs and the entire place has been remodeled to a modern decor. However, the housekeeping service is a bit sub-par, as I spilled some dry oatmeal in my room my first day there and it remained there beyond my stay!

Location and just overall newness & cleanliness. Nothing really. Very nice place, easy to get to, was very clean. Nothing fancy, but just what I wanted in a nice place to stay.

It was ok. Problems with keys, phone. Pool area was too hot (glassed in). The room was pretty small (and we even upgraded to get a smoking room when we checked in). Frig wasn't cold enough. The phone didn't work and did not get fixed during our stay. The keys only worked occasionally. The pool room was too hot.

It is location. It actually met my expectations, so I don't really have a dislike. This hotel is good for leisure travelers that are not looking to spend a lot on a hotel room, but still want a nice clean room.
