This hotel is spotlessly clean! The staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and healthy; fresh waffles, yogurt, healthy cereal choices and hard boiled eggs! I came here to be close to my son who was in the hospital in Newton. Since I flew into Manchester I took a online travel website package that included this hotel and planned to change hotels after the first night. However, I loved this hotel so much that I stayed for the entire time. Driving the 45 minutes to the hospital each day was no problem when I knew I'd be coming g back to this "home"

We stayed at this hotel for two days prior to going to Cape Cod, in order to visit with family in the area. We were pleasantly greeted with freshly baked cookies and a very friendly and helpful staff! The first room we were assigned had a problem with the toilet. We were moved immediately into another room. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy and the thermostat allowed us to control our environment to our liking! The breakfast was yummy and a great start for our busy day! The restaurants aren't too far and there are many to choose from. There is a wonderful little Mediteranean restaurant off of 111 and Zachary road, called Flaming Kabob, which was worth going back several times. La Quinta, Thanks for a great stay!

Overall it was great, but the attention to details around the room edges left me thinking if they vaccumed after the last guess left. The park'n lot was also very slippery and the snowplow driver did not spread sand.

Nothing. Completely dissatisfied with hotel. I didn't even stay both nights as booked. I left and went to a better hotel.

I just stayed one night, basically using it just as a place to sleep. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the extra pillows. I didn't get to test the internet though. The day I was there must been a busy time, as it was near impossible to get into the small breakfest area to get something to eat. Im sure the included breakfest would have been ok if there isn't a mob of people there. I basically grabbed a muffin and made a run for the door.

This must have been the best hotel I've ever been to, and I've been to alot of hotels. Rooms were beautiful and service couldn't have been better. Excellent hotel, I would recommend and definetly stay there again

TheLa Quinta Inn & Suites Salem, Salem, New Hampshire was a very clean and well maintained. The hotel offered a hair dryer, a coffee pot, and an ironing board. These things are important to me. The woman at the desk was very polite and her customer service was top-notch. The breakfast sounded great. I came 45 minutes after it opened, and there was no milk, no muffins, no yogurt, and there was a burned waffle stuck in the waffle maker. I believe this should have been much better maintained.

Breakfast choices were good. The room smelled wet and damp. This is a one (1) star hotel. It smelled funny, the beds were uncomfortable. I had to make the hide a bed myself, after bringing up the bedding myself from the lobby.

Excellent hotel, clean, nicely decorated and free continental breakfast. Unlimited coffee all day.

The La Quinta was very easy to find right off the interstate. Check in was fast and the room was ready and very clean. Being a smoker I usually don't care for smoking rooms because of the smell. This one you would never know it was a smoking room. When needing information in the surrounding area the girl at the front desk was very helpful. If ever we would vacation in this area again I would by all means return to this hotel.

Its a smoking hotel and even though we were smoke free you could still smell the rotten smell of smoke. If they could go smoke free It would be a greater place to stay.

It was clean. Bed was to small and were not made daily. Good for business travelers but the beds are way to small for a couple.

Enough pillows on the bed, firm mattress, nice sheets. Pricey for the size and amenities of the room, It was in what I would expect for $85 category Tolerable for one night. Handy to where I was going. Pricey for what I would expect.

Family friendly, staff was most eager to please. Undergoing renovations during our first day, noise, etc. When we complained, we were offered a temporary room away from the workers! We would definitely stay here again. Prompt courteous staff was the rule from the front desk to the maid service. Free wireless was a major plus. Expanded continental breakfast left us quite satisfied.

Quick check-in, very quiet room. A bit farther away than I would have liked. Clean, quiet, good staff, generous continental breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and really made you feel at home. It did not have a refrigerator in the room. My husband and I both agreed this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great. The only thing that could have made our stay better would be a refrigerator in the room. After leaving this hotel, we relocated to a hotel in Andover. We wish we would have stayed at the Fairfield.
