Outstanding room in terms of size, amenities and attractiveness; easy, inexpensive and fast upgrade to the exact room I wanted; unobtrusive cleaning staff; very quiet; power outlets where I needed them; free wireless; plenty of close parking.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful, courteous and the continental breakfast was delicious. I just wished that our room had a small refrigerator (couldn't afford that one). The hotel was very clean and that is most important. The continental breakfast was very good. The front desk was very helpful when we asked for directions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a very comfortable and cozy place to be when your in an unfamiliar city and need a place to stay.

Very nice, clean, and quite. Good location. Only complaint: air conditioner was a little annoying.

I loved the lay out and theme of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a little mold but nothing too horrible. Staff was okay. Lots of places to eat. Check-in and check-out was easy. I would stay again.

My stay was very very short. The purpose of my stay is to access the Raleigh Durham Airport. I always stay with La Quinta Inn & Suites because I can leave my truck there for the duration that I am gone. On top of that they take me and pick me up from the airport. This saves on taxi rides and parking fees. However, for the first time this particular La Quinta charged me $25 to leave my vehicle at their facility. On top of that I come back from my vacation to find I had a flat time. Strangely enough, I took it to a tire shop and nothing was wrong with it. So it seemed someone let the air out of my tire while I was gone!?!?! The hotel DID notify me prior to coming back to the hotel which was good. But, it was very suspcious. Another note, they shuttle to the airport does not run prior to 5:00. I had to get a taxi to the airport :-( So in the end, the purpose I originally came to the hotel (ride to and from airport and avoiding parking fees) had been worthless. Personally I will never stay at this hotel again. The staff was very friendly though, but being charged an extra $25, having a strange flat, and taxi to the airport, left an unwanting taste in my mouth.

Always clean, neat and includes the breakfast. I can hear people above me such as using the bathroom - water running,, flushing is OK but urinating sound was a bit much. My third time, always on the weekend which is very quiet in Reasearch Triangle. I wish it was closer to shops and activity but they make up for it in good prices for a very nice room and continental breakfast.

Not for kids. There is nothing in the hotel or in the area for the kids. As for business travelers, you may find this hotel just fine for one night. There is no business center but you can use your own laptop. The breakfast is sufficient and the rooms are spaces enough. The AC/Heating system is very loud. Not a fancy hotel but good enough for the price.

When I requested two beds, I assumed queen size. We got full - could barely fit in the bed with my wife. Might be my fault becasue I didn't specify or maybe I wasn't asked. Contenential breakfast the worst I ever had. Cereal, waffle, and hard boiled eggs. All disposable plates and utensils. Donuts looked stale and there wasn't much selection. Didn't see any fruit. Not much of a selection for juices. Not much in the way of condements for the waffles. They closed it down by 9 am. Pool was Ok. Cleanliness was OK. No problems with check in or out as booked with the travel website. Staff was courteous but didn't go out of thier way to see if I needed anything.

Everything was excellent. the bed really stiff.

Very clean and comfortable beds; quiet and convenient location. Would have liked to have mini fridge in room and maybe a microwave. Hotel and the room were very clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast accommodations. Convenient location. Would certainly stay here again.

Front desk staff was less than friendly. I booked an additional night and on the day prior to checkout, I had a maid banging on my door yelling that I needed to leave. I work at night and was sleeping when this happened. Needless to say I wasn't happy and called the front desk. They said the maid was unaware of my additional night, and did not apologize for the disturbance. Staff had a "what do you need" attitude vs a "how can I help you" attitude.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing, friendly, and always willing to help. Information about restaurants and places to see were immediately available at the front desk lobby. Free breakfast was great and the food was fresh. Pool area was very clean and relaxing and hot tub was soothing. Rooms are a great size, house cleaning was great. It did take a while for our room to be made up but we were on the 5th floor at the end. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be revisiting again soon!

Clean, easy in /out; quiet. Overall, I found the facility clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would return if in the area.

The staff is friendly & helpful. They recently remodeled. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfy - they use Simmons Beautyrest Collector's Edition 525 mattresses for both the king & queen beds. I always stay deluxe king - has micro, fridge, and large flatscreen TV. Generous workspace. The high speed internet connect is fine, but if you use the dialup instead, it's only 14.4 Kbps, which is slow even for dialup - many of the hotels in the area get 50 Kbps on dialup.

The trip's purpose was to honor a retiring Duke faculty member at the Washington Duke Inn and Golf Club. Although the location was not as close as I had hoped, your employees were very helpful in printing out a map from mapquest for me. I had no difficulty finding the location and was most appreciative.

We were there to spend the night before my wife's natuaralization ceremony the next day at the nearby CIS facility. Room was huge and bed was out of this world. Plenty of room for morning floor exercises. Fine continental breakfast. Also, conveniently located near Southpoint Mall which has fabulous dining options which we took advantage of.

Really clean and inviting. Really don't know of anything. Thought we were only there for one night, we were very satisfied with the hotel. Clean, well located, friendly staff, etc.

LaQuinta Inn & Suites was a great stay. The room was spacious and very well decorated. It was more than enough space for just me, but definitely adequate enough for a family as well. It was quiet (and that's what I needed). I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!
