I loved the decor. The TV, bed, etc. were very nice. The complimentary breakfast also met all my expectations. Iwas unable to make long distance calls. This hotel was clean and nicely done. It met all my needs. I seen the pool and it looked beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The next time I go to Portland I will definitely be staying at this hotel.

Easy access from interstate, convenient for my activities, breakfast was great. No indoor pool. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 6 months, the cost is very reasonable. The staff was helpful & friendly. It is easily accessible from the interstate. The room was fairly clean. The rug was in need of vacuuming. The continental breakfast is a draw for me with my traveling.

The hotel is newly renovated and very clean. Our room was furnished nicely and was certainly a comfortably-sized room. It was also very quiet inside the hotel and seemed to be in a very quiet neighborhood, as well. The one small drawback is that it is a pretty long walk to downtown Portland and the wharf area. We did drive and found no difficulty finding parking near restaurants and shopping. There is a nice fitness room.

Hotel is not a luxury hotel but it is comfortable and a good value for the money. The hotel is clean, safe, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The free wireless internet, computer with printer in the lobby, free breakfast, and laundry machine all add to the value.

This La Quinta hotel was recommended to me by the director of our son's vocal group. He had stayed there before and asked all of us on our group tour to stay here the night before our trip to Disney World. We arrived after the normal check in time and the staff was very friendly and fast. Our room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious for myself and my two teens. Although we were only there less than 24 hours, we were rested and refreshed. The wake-up call was right on time, the shower was nice and hot and the nice lady at the front desk even fed us at 4:00 am (long before the breakfast area officially opened) so we would have energy for our 6am flight. The shuttle service was a real lifesaver, as we had 26 people in our group and we all got there in plenty of time. We will definitely stay here again for our next airport trip!

It is close to the airport (on a direct route) and will probably be used again. Some patrons knocking on doors and being loud at 2am! Nice room, polite and helpful employees.

Internet access with printer for free and allowed early check-in. The local bus did not stop nearby. It is very clean, well run and all staff was very helpful and clearly loved their town. It is well placed near the Interstate and has a good car park which is safe. Rooms are large and comfortable.

When we checked in at a little after 1:00 (the check in time) we entered our hotel room and it was uncleaned. We went down to the front desk and they apologized and offered us another room. Later in the day when we returned the room was clean. We were told it was a nice quiet room for the most part it was, besides the train that went by a couple of times. I was expecting a little more for the price we paid. The bathroom walls could have used a fresh coat of paint. The hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang your clothes was falling off. The staff was very friendly.

Location and willingness of front desk staff to make suggestions. Use of Styrofoam plates and cups. This hotel is fine. The breakfast isn't bad at all. There are 'make your own' waffles and the food generally is mundane but adequate. The rooms are also adequate and clean. The HVAC system is a bit noisy but you can control the temperature - though I had to set it to 72 to be comfortable. They are green in some ways, but not so in others. They use Styrofoam a lot and they leave the lights on for no reason (like in the empty fitness room.).

Convenience. Room location was the absolute worst. The room was nice although the bathroom was the smallest of any hotel we've stayed in. The location of the room within the hotel was less than satisfactory.
