The hotel staff was great. I would stay again if in the area.

The room was nice with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The pool had a lot of debris floating in it (leaves and grass). Nice hotel, nice rooms, clean, pool was okay, people were friendly, breakfast was good (as advertised).

The suite the family and I stayed in was exactly what we need, but it had an odor that was very unpleasant. We spent two nights. The hotel’s grounds were dirty, landscape unprofessional, parking lot trashy; there were used condoms in the parking lot. The continental breakfast was less than desirable (6:00 am the coffee was already cold). We requested an extra blanket and never received it even though we were told we would be receiving it. I would not stay in this particular hotel again, even if I could stay for free.

Not a good experience..We were not told the pool was closed- We drove up to find it was very, very GREEN with trash and cigarette butts floating-our children were crushed. Back doors had key swipes - but did not work-until we were told to just "Pull Hard" on them-You actually don't need a key.(I've since found the same comment in a review from 2/08-so safety is obviously not a priority!). .Hallways were around 90 degrees - we were told they didn't think the owners wanted to pay to have the air conditioning repaired.. Room itself was fine- seemed clean - but only 3 towels for family of 4 -- next day only replaced 2 towels. Our friends in another room had a broken air conditioner - but they did fix it a few hours later. Staff was friendly for the most part - but that doesn't fix poor secrity in a city with high crime rates. Would not stay there again. Ever!

This hotel was really bad the person at the front desk was really rude the rooms were dirty, with dog hair everywhere, when I complained to the desk clerk she did nothing about it. I wouldn't stay here ever.

I did not like anything about this hotel or the staff. I will not recommend it to anyone. The odor and we did not stay at the hotel, because we were not accommodated. Hated it.

I've stayed at La Quintas before and was actually surprised by this one. It seemed very new and in a good location. Unfortunately, the local industry creates a horrible smell in the area, but I can't really blame that on the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and their continental breakfast was above average. We did have to ask for extra items not replaced when the room was clean, but other than that, a positive experience.

It was convenient and clean. The breakfast they offered was running out by 8:00 am and not replenished.

This motel is the pitts. The heater did not work. They do not have blankets!!!! :None not one in the entire motel. The secuity doors do not work. I stayed at the motel in a disabled room for 4 nights. I informed on day one that the security doors did not lock and therefore I did not need a key to gain access to the motel. They did not fix the door adjacent to my room on the first floor. The so called continental breakfast was terrible. No fresh fruit, as advertised, no yogurt, as advertised, no cereal as advertised--except on Sunday. I checked in on Thursday. If cleanliness is next to godliness, this motel lis in hell.

It was in a good location. We were unhappy with housekeeping and management. We were very unhappy with the housekeeping, and the management. I didn't like having to get my own towels or soap, and, the night time help was very rude. I had to go down to lobby at 3 am for conference for other family members checking in, I had to help find hangers for my mothers room. I was very disappointed.

Very nice and clean hotel at a very reasonable rate.

I've stayed at this particular motel twice ? first time while on the road to my destination, the second time on the way back home. Both times the service was really exceptional ? the staff truly go out of their way to be accommodating. The continental breakfast is to DIE for!
