We love this quiet area! There is a mall and plenty of nice little restaurants close by. A great place to go and relax without spending a fortune. We love coming here when we just need a weekend away. Plus we can bring our dog.

Cleanliness, free breakfast for children. The hotel was great. The staff never found us a baby bed but overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is my third return to this hotel, the quality goes down each time. The breakfast bar, once a top feature is now a joke. The selection is limited and the quality is stale. For example sour milk for two days. Employees no help if they can not speak English. I will not return in the future.

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. I booked the room which was nearby a testing center I had to be at the next morning to take my certification exam for my profession. The room was very nice and updated with very modern features. The bed was wonderful and extrememly comfortable! It had great desk space for all my books and high speed internet in each room. The room thankfully had a extra cord to hookup to my laptop since I brought the wrong one from home! The one complaint I have is that guests in the room next door had brought their dog along which of course liked to bark periodically, which was annoying while I was trying to study and get ready for the test. But that was not hotel's problem since they allow pets. The hotel also had a nice continental breakfast with great front desk help. I give this hotel a great review and will definitely return as a guest.

Passing by, we thought that this LaQuinta was new...on further inspection, it must've only been updated, because several things were not working when we were there. For one thing: the A/C. In the middle of July in Atlanta, you need the A/C. It only worked in the outer room of the suite. The bedroom A/C was set on 65, which should've been VERY cool, but it just kept blowing warm-ish air all night. No amount of tinkering with the thermostat would make it any better. Also, the exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom. Those two problems together...not good. The air in the hallway was clearly not working either. Nor was the elevator on our end of the hallway. No iron in the rooms (that seems like it would be standard these days), although I should've checked the amenities listing more closely (didn't think I had to) before we booked the suite. Just another couple of minor complaints: there was a really nice TV in the outer room...a large flat screen. But, the futon substituting for a couch out there was so hard and uncomfortable that we couldn't imagine watching a movie in there. The TV in the bedroom was positioned as far as possible from the bed and was just OK. Also, there was a weird rubbery-on-the-underside blanket on the bed. In July...in Atlanta...with the A/C not working. Very strange. All in all, there are better suites facilities out there for the money and we will not stay at this, or maybe even any other, LaQuinta again, after this experience.

We didn't spend much time in the hotel but for the time we were there it was enjoyable. The atmosphere was great and the staff was nice also.

The bed andTV were amazing. The room was clean. It said the pool and spa were open but the spa was freezing cold. I very much enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was nice and big with a microwave and refrigerator which was nice for our left overs. The first staffer was not that nice but the second hotel clerk was very nice. They did not have towels at the front desk so she personally brought it to our room. Will stay here again and have already told my friends and family too!

I would recommend this hotel to anybody. You do need a car to get to restaurants though.

We were on the 7th floor and the a/c couldn't cool the room to a comforable tempature until around midnight. During the day and into the evening it was to warm in the room. Also, the room card keys only worked half the time. We got tired of having to walk around to the front of the hotel to get in almost every other time we arrived back at the hotel. The room was nice and other than the 2 problems mentioned it was fine.

The room was very contemporary. Very spacious, huge desk, nice bathroom. Excellent for couples. Room doors are very close to each other. Staff walked in on us and it wasn't even time to check out yet. The room was very contemporary. Very spacious, huge desk, nice and clean bathroom. Room has flat screen TV, microwave and mini fridge. There were enough towels and toilet paper. Excellent for couples.

First off, I got $* knocked off the total cost when I made this reservation with a flight through online travel website , so thank you online travel website ! This hotel is visually pleasing and the decor makes you think you're at a boutique location. La Quinta really outdid themselves with this one. Flat screen tvs in every room, expansive bathrooms, mini-fridge and microwave, lots of countertop space to work or primp on!! I met my boyfriend in ATL for a weekend getaway and this place was just the ticket. Lots of shopping, restaurants, a grocery store and a station (Sandy Springs) within walking distance. The hotel also has a nice continental breakfast and shuttle service for the immediate area Monday-Friday. I will definitely be back as I visit ATL often!

We chose this hotel over the internet. I can't say enough about this hotel. My husband and I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is one of the best at a great price. King size bed, brand new hotel, microwave and minifrig and I got credit towards Southwest Airlines Frequent Flier. We travel with pets and this hotel is very pet friendly. We were not charged extra for the pets!! Very quiet area and safe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The rooms were large and decorated well. Not enough carts. Very nice hotel, close to everything. Clean and well appointed. Staff was very nice. Pets stay without deposit.

This is our second stay and it was just as great os the first. The first was visiting family and this time was a Dr. Appt. at St. Joseph Hospital. The hospital is so easy to get to from the hotel, a straight shot. The hotel is located by a lot of different shopping and eating, some of which can be walked to. The staff is wonderful, we had a problem with the attitude of the person who checked us in, but we talked to the Manager and he took care of the problem. We were also given a bad room at first and before we brought up our bags, we went to the front and asked to change rooms, the second room was very clean and up to our standards. My mother and I have service dogs and the hotel has been nothing but kind and interested in them. They make us feel very comfortable unlike some places have. Very recommended, we will be a repeat visitor as long as they keep up this hotel.

This hotel was chosen beacuse it's location to the wedding and rehearsal we were visiting Atlanta for. The front desk was very polite and provided us with lists of local restaurants and points of interest along with detailed directions to each. The breakfast was a good continental with a fresh waffle option. Easy access to and from I-285 and Ga 400, within 10 minutes of I-85. Rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was OK, a little hard for us. We would definetly stay here again when in Atlanta.

Needed nice hotel with easy access to northern part of Atlanta. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, plus it was close to restaurants, stores, and major highways. When we checked in, the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it (entire hotel supposed to be smoke-free), but the staff at the front desk were very friendly and apologetic. Changed our room right away, and offered to take our bags and walk us to the room just in case there was something that we didn't like about the second room. No problem, as the second room was perfect, clean, and quiet. Very easy to get anywhere in Atlanta from here, at less than half the cost of most other hotels just a little closer to the city (and even in our area).

We chose this property because of the newly renovated room decor. The water in tub ran out slowly. The noise level was high.
