This is a pretty new place. Which means it has even more new people. Checking in, Checking out, anything dealing with the front desk takes at least 2 or 3 people. The maid service is horrible. I stayed there for a week and they never changed the sheets or the coffee packages that they give you for their in room coffee pots. The breakfast is all cold. The beds were pretty comfortable, in between waking up several times a night to pull out the feathers that have been sticking out of the pillows. Ouch. The fitness center is a joke. 3 out of 4 of the machines don't work. They wont tell you when you book the room that the pool is closed. Not very many channels to watch on tv. About 50. I got a pretty good deal for the room because they were trying to keep up the occupancy, but I would never pay full price to stay here.

Staff was as accommodating as possible. The road construction around the hotel made it inconvenient depending on the way you return to hotel. We drove into town and arrived early Saturday morning. The staff was very accommodating in setting us up with a clean room and made sure we were comfortable. But, I hope this matter was addressed to the staff. Room was very nicely put together. New and nice.

the room we stayed in wasn't complete, the parking lot was big dirt piles. the hotel was dirty. there was only one person working and she had to work a double shift, if it had not been for her we would have left. the toilet in our room stopped up and we had to plung it ourselves. i for sure will not stay at this place again until it has been finished. the older hotels in paris are in better shape than this one.

The staff was very professional and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Some kids staying there made a lot of noise late at night and a huge mess. The hotel was excellent! Decor is up-to-date with beautiful colors and great style. We were very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of our room and bath. Everything in the room worked properly. The complimentary breakfast was very good and very well laid out. The hotel pool looked inviting but we did not get to use it because of rain. The grounds were nice but some weeding and yard maintenance was needed. The staff was great. My only complaint was some of the kids staying at the time we were made a lot of noise late at night and then left a huge mess around the pool area and in the hallways on the main floor and the floor we were staying on. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Please don't even look for this place, I spent over 1 hr 30min looking for this place.This place is not even built !.I dont mind it having no roof but the parking lot is not even there. Disappointed.
