The pool was not open due to not being inspected. Always look forward to taking a swim when traveling. This was a hugh disappointment. Too many dogs in facility. Close to great places to eat and shop.

Meet with family in Nashville. Great location, great breakfast, good price, clean pool, clean overall, friendly staff and a excellent manager who is very concern with there customers.

Walking into the hotel, I was immediately on gaurd for a rough night. I was pleasantly surprised though. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel seems to have badly mismanaged in the past in the maintenance area, and new management is headed in the right direction.

Clean rooms, friendly, andaccommodating staff. Breakfast was good, but coffee could have been better. We were there to attend the CMA fest; location was great for this and we did not encounter any problems.

In comparison with other 3 star accomodation in US which we used on the trip? Poor. Transport to and from town is a major problem and very expensive if you have to rely on public transport, which turned out to be our major expence over the period at 36 per day. Staff were not even aware that the room was not serviced on the first day. Staff are not acqainted with their immediate area, or points of interest in town. we requested a place to have coffee with relatives on booking in. we referred to a place called Phats. This must have been a joke, but a poor one at that. A dump. This is problematic for foreign tourists. Never again. Accomodation at 30% more would still have been cheaper than our trip. No thank you, La Quinta. We expected much better from you, in comparison, that is.

Great Stay convenient location considering it was not downtown. Very easy to get to many different locations in Nashville

Receptionist was very helpful. Continental breakfast included fresh waffles, boiled eggs, juices, yogurt and cereals. Comfortable and friendly.

Check-In was friendly. Room was just adequate. The bed was hard, the blankets and pillows thin. Bathroom was extremely outdated, and there was NOOOO water pressure coming out of the shower. Not many channels to watch on tv, but having high speed internet made it bearable. Thankfully, this was a business trip, and I didn't have to pay for it.

We picked this LaQuinta Inn & Suites because it was close to the airport. The location was good, but I would never stay there again. The staff was not at all friendly. Did not feel comfortable staying here.

The hotel was situated outside of Nashville but was very close to downtown and the parking lot was safe. The continental breakfast ended at 9:00 am and the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom. The hotel was very clean and well-kept. The continental breakfast was decent and the parking lot was well-lit and extremely safe. The hotel was also very quiet.

This hotel was pretty nice,it was a very clean hotel the walls were thin you could hear the people in the room beside you like they were standing right next to you.The beds were a uncomfy and hard.I do not recomend you ask for a cot the we got had big brown stains under it,it was gross. The elevator was in good shape, the stairs were not to creepy. They had very friendly staff and a good breakfast.Sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. Overall a pretty good stay.

The rooms were older but clean, we did not have hot water the next morning for a shower - we were leaving early and the clerk said the hot water had not been on long enough to heat up the water. The evening front desk person was a polite but in no hurry to help with my key issues. Overall, the hotel was in a convenient location if you are traveling through, but I would not want to stay there for an extended period of time.

Very clean, great neighborhood, felt safe. Could not call down to front desk.

I was surprised to find we were staying in a hotel with rooms indoors, as opposed to a motel with room doors on the outside, which made me much more secure in a city I'd never visited. The room was very clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. We even had a balcony! In the mornings from 6a-9a, continental breakfast is served with a much larger spread than I had expected: 3 kinds of bread and a toaster, coffee, orange juice, yogurt, eggs, muffins, etc. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel is located just a few miles from Opryland and the Oprymills Mall. The only drawback to our room was the hot water: You must run the water 5-10 minutes to let the water heat up because the pipes are so old. Other than that, no drawbacks to this hotel. I got a great rate, so I'd definitely stay again!

I went with La Quinta because I knew they were a good value hotel. The room was extremely nice and the staff rated a 10 for stellar customer service. I loved the balcony and screen door for my room. I was able to open the door and let the crisp fall wind blow into my room. The only recommendation is that they run the heaters every once in a while to burn off and residual dust.

No refrigerator/freezer in the room. Pleasant and helpful, close to mall and other attractions that we visited. Nice looking hotel and well maintained.

The LaQuinta Inn near Opryland and the Nashville airport was really comfortable. I really liked having the free high speed internet access, the continental breakfast, and accessibilty to some of the other amenities such as the business center, fitness center, etc. The staff was also very friendly, and I'd defintely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The room was clean, our beds were really comfy, and the continental breakfast was well stocked. The bathroom in our room smelled a little funky.
