extremely rude staff--did not honor specifics of the reservation (that had been paid for)- rooms are crumbling and noisy--next to a bar that plays bad cover rock and roll music until 1:00 a.m. Noisy airconditioner, I recommend NOT STAYING at this place. It is not worth the money, it is an irritating experience and with rude and incompetent staff.

Overall a nice weekend getaway. Oceanfront room provided great views of the beach and sunrise. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee and unfortunately no channel guide for the television. Other than those minor details we had a fantastic weekend.

My friends and I decided to take a spontaneous weekend vacation to Cocoa to relieve some end of the semester stress and to celebrate my friend's birthday. At first we were treated nicely by the lady at the front desk. When we got to our room we realized how badly it smelled like cigarettes even though it was non-smoking so we had to air it out. Also we took note that the tub, sink, and toilet area was quite moldy. We also had problems locking our door securely. At breakfast is where are main problem began, I guess they assumed (you know what happens when you assume...) that we were crazy "spring breakers", even though spring break is over.

Great location!!!!! Clean and comfortable. They are planning to remodel and that will be good since they are planning to include internet access. Would definately stay there again.

Staff was excellent. And the location was superb. Needs breakfast area work. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and family. I was traveling with my elderly mother and they could not have been more helpful and courteous to her and myself.

When I complained the room, they let us stay a better one. Remodeling, scary and messy. It hasn't finished remodeling. It seemed to be in constructing covering all plastic every wall and veranda. It fluttering it looked very scary in the darkness. At first it the building looked demolished because I could scarcely see the lights from rooms. The worst experience.

It is a bad sign when you walk into the lobby upon arrival and are met with a musty, moldy smell. Shower controller in bathroom broke off in my hand the first time I used it. Door handle and lock on balcony door almost came off. Very run down. Elevators dirty and worn. Whole place needs major overhaul. Beautiful beach. Would not stay there again unless major renovations.

On the beach. Not being on ground floor. 1 building under renovation along with lobby. Right next to pier with view & restaurants.(Walking distance) Own ramp to beach. Cafe was not open while renovation going on. Small continental breakfast with coffee. This was ok.

Leaving. Under construction. Hotel was under a major construction. Was woken up to hammering and pounding at 7:45 AM, room was ok, smashed a few roaches. Heater had never been used/smelled horrible. Elevators were use for major construction, I was only person there I think. Not a happy camper - almost left ten minutes after in room.

Beach. No bar. Got upgrade to the fifth floor, daytime staff was great.
