The La Quinta Inn & Suites New Orleans Airport is only minutes from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International (free shuttle service available from 5am-11pm daily). Our location provides easy access to Pontchartrain Center, the Super Dome, and the Morial Convention Center. We are close to such attractions as Six Flags Amusement Park, Fairgrounds Race Track, all casino gaming, and the Audubon Zoo. Downtown, the French Quarter, Aquarium of Americas, and other venues are only a short drive.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It was only 10 minutes from the airport at New orleans. It was only 2 blocks from the I-10 Interstate taht takes you to downtown New Orleans. We were in and out of the hotel all day and had no problems with traveling. The price was very good.

The non-smoking room had cigarette smell. No conditioner, cotton bud or body lotion provided. The hotel refused to give you a receipt for my stay, but gave to my co-workers (I booked the hotel rooms for all of us). When I asked the front desk for a receipt, she said that I had to get it from the affiliate web site that I booked it through, I didn't get any receipt in the email. I showed one of the receipts that my co-worker got from the hotel. She grabbed it and threw it in the trash can with the comment that none of us should have had it. I asked the manager of the hotel if I could have the receipt in the trash can back because it wasn't mine. I borrowed from my co-worker. And, we needed it to get reimbursed from the company. She refused to give it back. I was very disappointed with these kinds of behaviors and the system that La Quinta has. I ended up had to send an email and make 5 phone calls before I can get a receipt. This's very inconvenient. And, I'll never stay there again, neither recommend anybody in my company to stay there.

The front desk friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was a good selection and tasty. Overall stay was excellent and would have no problem staying again.

Friendly staff. No clock in the room until requested. The hotel was very neat and clean. The staff was surprisingly friendly, they me greeted with a smile at check-in. My check- in process was handled promptly! The front desk staff was very helpful with attempts to answer all of our questions on Mardi Gras!

Thank goodness for this perfectly pleasant hotel and its helpful staff. When *** booked us (during Jazz Fest) into a hotel that was still closed after Katrina, we thought we were toast! These folks found us a room and took great care of us.

Location and amenities. The musty smell in the hall. Great location close to the airport, great resturant located nearby. Nice pool and breakfast room and bar with good menu and great food.

I only stayed the night before my cruise. Very quiet, very helpful people at the front desk. Answered all questions I had, helped me get a cab, great shuttle service from airport to hotel. I don't travel a whole lot but was very please with the service here.

For a smoking room, it did not smell like smoke which was a nice surprise. The overall room was good, however when we went to take a shower, the shower did not work. Maintenance attended to it within 20 minutes of us calling and had it fixed in 10 minutes there after. Overall, convenient to New Orleans airport and a decent price. The shower not working was a bit of a set back but they were on it.

The location was exactly where I needed it to be. It seemed a little dingy. This hotel is in a pretty good for close to the airport without having to pay out the wazoo.

It is very convienent location to the airport if you have an early morning flight. It is an older hotel but was clean and the rooms have been remodeled.

It was clean! The bed was very comfortable. The room didnt have conditioner in it, only shampoo. The hotel was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and the air conditioning was a life saver. I would recommend this to a friend.
