The hotel experience itself was very satisfying. However, my experience with Orbitz was NOT. I was charged $51+ service fees for booking online. Call the hotel directly. That's almost enough for another night's stay!!!

My family stayed in Mobile to go to the beach in Gulf Shores. The breakfast was beyond our expectations - eggs, bacon, waffles, sausage, etc. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the hotel is new and very neat and clean. The pool is nice, rooms big and spacious. There were 4 adults and 2 kids ages 4 and 6.

When we received our bill under the door the morning of departure, we noticed our bill was $20 less than what we were charged on our credit card. I immediately called Orbitz and they could not credit the difference back to the credit card, but advised me I would get a $20 credit towards my next stay. The customer service rep was very pleasant and I informed her that was satisfactory.

Best hotel we ever stayed at! Not applicable. The staff was wonderful, the 7 day a week full continental breakfast was great, housekeeping was excellent. We didn't travel often, but when we do, we'll be looking for La Quinta from now on.

Hotel was very clean, it looked brand new. Check in/out time was great. The only thing I can think of is that it needs a larger sign by the road to help locate.

Great quality and great staff. I was more than pleased with my stay. The room was a very nice size and clean. I had a large plasma TV on the wall, and another in the bathroom. The staff went out of their way to take care of me. It was my first stay at a La Quinta, but I joined the rewards program and will probably start making most of my stays in this chain. I hope most of the La Quinta's are 1/2 as nice as this one.

It was very clean, quiet, comfortable, conveniently located. Nothing. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very new, modern, and clean. The staff was very helpful, the beds were excellent. I would recommend it to anyone traveling through Mobile.

Hotel only 4 months old so everything new. They ran out of waffle batter before breakfast over. Hotel only 4 months old. Convenient location right off of Highway 64 & Highway 10. Beds were comfortable and room had flat screen TV.

Comforable and spacious. Cold breakfast. I enjoyed our stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were large as well as beautiful and the beds were comfortable.

The staff was wonderful. The entire staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are new are are very nice. Front desk was very helpful and understanding. They deserve an A+++.

Bed was comfortable. The bath tube had not been cleaned, staff was unhelpful for a clogged toilet. For a safe overnight stay for a long road trip, the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Mobile, AL was alright. The fact that the bath tube had not been thoroughly cleaned was shocking and the night time's front desk was unhelpful in resolving a problem with a malfunctioning toilet.
