The reason why I'm not 100% satisfied, is because I felt because there was a water leak under the sink, every time I use the sink there was water on the floor, and I felt and hurt my elbow, as I told the receptionist, whitch acoording to her she was going to fill out a report whitch she never follow up, my elbow still hurst a bit, but is not a big deal. Also the cover of the lamps were on top of the bed when I got there, alsoit seems that they vacum minutes before I got there because the sheets were on top of the bed.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and and easy to find. The area for breakfast is small. It doesn´t have enough space. The hotel is very good, clean, confortable. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helful. Only I think two things needs to be improved, the space for the breakfast is very small and the bath needs antislip tape, when is used only to take a shower stand up. I almost fell down when one of the nights I took a shower.

Pros: Good location. Staffs are ok.. Cons: Breakfast is atrocious. Once they fill the breakfast the attendant go for a hide. So if you want to have something go very early.. Room is very conjusted... No cupboard.. And more importantly there was a bad odor all over the corridor and inside the room.. Even the internet was offered free, it was getting disconnected after a minute use. so it is as good as there is no internet service..

generaly had no complaints until left car in parking area for maybe two hour tops.my car was vandalized by some we think are praying on visitors.they didnt do any damage to vehicle just stole a handbag,cd's and tire pump,Then locked vehicle back. The sad part is my vehicle was two spaces from front intrance. We reported to front receptionist and they stated and acted with no concern that they didn't have any type of parking lot video cameras.i thought it would have been and easy case to solve just play back cameras from time we parked and see who victimized our vacation-no such luck.they have signs posted not responsible-but at front door parking and burglarized-gimme a break.

lA QUINTA Miami lakes was very comfortable, the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands.

We liked the accommodation. Refrigerator/microwave/large king bed and the location of our room. Liked the idea of continental breakfast. But, it was not kept up for others coming later but within the time frame alloted for breakfast. Good location between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, also close to a number of local restaurants. A car is a must to stay at this location in order to get to attractions and night life events and restaurants.

I had gotten turned around on my trip in and the check in person was very friendly and helpful. She may not have known how to get me there, but she got the help of someone else to guide us in to the hotel. Both staff and my "guiding angel" were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and the location was nice too! Can't say enough about the staff...thanks so much!!!

Very good location and met our requirements for this trip. The room had the smell of cigarette smoke at first entry.

Excellent location. Rooms are very small. La Quinta Inn Miami Lakes is centrally located close to restaurant and shopping. The rooms were recently remodeled and the staff are very helpful and friendly. However the room are too small and the sink in not in the bathroom is on the bedroom. If you don't care sleeping in small room but like the location, this is a good room for you.

Great location, right off major highway. Great restaurants and fast food within walking distance. Plus I was able to park my F-350 and trailer over night which measures 45 feet long with no problem.

Bed was more comfortable than most hotels. Desk clerk was not very friendly. Hotel and grounds were neat and well maintained. Well worth the money.

Good access to the Palmetto Expressway and to I-75, just 20 minutes. Away from Sawgrass Mills Mall. Too much noise could be heard from the other rooms and from the hallway especially at dawn when lots are checking out to take early flights. Nice location in a quiet area of Grater Miami, 20-25 minutes, away from most of the interesting attractions if you are not traveling early in the morning or from the 4-6 pm rush hours. The rooms look nice, the beds are comfortable, and it is kept quite clean. There are a couple of restaurants around. Do not expect a fancy breakfast, but is nice to get free coffee and OJ plus some pastries, muffins and fruits.

Clean. No hot water in shower. No hot water in shower. When I informed the front desk they said I didn't jiggle the handle correctly. I will never stay there again.

Location. Pool was not kept clean. Pool had leaves and dirt in it both nights I was there. So I was unable to enjoy it with my children. That is not very sanitary for myself or my children. That would mean if the swallowed water they would now have bacteria in there system and get sick. Staff was OK, Not many of them around the grounds. Breakfast was good.

The rooms included a fridge and microwave Not a wide variety of food or shopping around the area. Hotel met my expectations for a 2 star level hotel. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It included a fridge and a microwave which is uncommon at this level and also included free continental breakfast (fruits, juices, coffee, pastries, cereal, milk, bagels, and toast) The staff seemed friendly and the area looked safe. The front entrance was well maintained.

Nice clean hotel, great breakfast that was included in the price. Unfortunately it isn't located anywhere near the beach. I had to travel almost 30 miles one-way to get to South Beach.

the location, ample parking, pleasantly appointed facilities broken or disabled drain plug in bathroom sink. Very slow draining drains in bathtub and sink. I really liked this hotel alot. It had your basic amenities, great breakfast spread in the A.M., beautiful furnishings, decor and outdoor landscaping. The hotel is situated in a fantastic neighborhood near to beautiful area malls and shopping facilities.
