The room was very quiet -- away from noise. Key card worked sometimes, no elevators - a problem with a lot of business equipment. The hotel's location was wonderful - close to everything I needed and close to my meeting place. The main problems were no elevator and I ha to carry a lot of expensive equipment from my car to the room (I'm a woman). The room was in the basement with a large window looking out to the parking lot which made it OK. Room was quite small but adequate. The room keys were older and it took 5-10 attempts to get the end door to open. It stopped working the next morning when I was trying to re-load my car - but staff was nearby inside to let me in. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.

This hotel needs a upgrade, bathroom had a peeling door, Pool area was dirty, carpet on stairs was worn almost through. It was quiet. I would spend a couple more bucks for a better room then this.

The Kennewick La Quinta overall was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good and the area clean. The only thing that I feel they were lacking in, was the bathroomn toiletries. They could splurge a bit more on these for the price of the hotel.

Room was clean, very comfortable bed and linens. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker were nice amenities. Room was dark, lamps didn't give enough light for reading. Breakfast service ended too early. This was a nice, clean and quiet place to stay. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker were nice amenities. Need to have better lighting for reading, but we would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast. The TV didn't work properly and they didn't repair it. Our stay was okay. The TV was very snowy. We notified hotel staff and they said they'd send someone to repair it but no one ever came. We had a room on the basement floor and it was quite dark. We didn't like it a whole lot. The room was clean, beds were comfortable enough. Wouldn't stay here more than one night though.

Very Clean and professional. Nothing comes to mind. Very clean, professional staff. They had a good breakfast. Their wireless internet worked great. Loved the microwave and refrigerator.

Close to freeway. Awful beds and the service was bad. The beds were so uncomfortable we could hardly sleep. There are no elevators. There is no room service. When I asked for another pillow and some coffee, it never came. The night gal helped us out with these and brought them up later, she was great. The room is very small and unattractive. The breakfast in the morning was messy and food all over the tables. The hot waffles were nice, but not at the expense of germs everywhere from food and batter all over the counters.

Staff tried to be nice. It would take more then 20 words. Very disappointed. Bathrooms did not work guest book way out of date, noisy rooms on and on.

Wonderful accommodating staff, clear rooms, good breakfast. Nothing. Great friendly staff. Allowed us early check-in and were wonderful to us. Highly recommend this hotel. It is not fancy, but it is clean, conveniently located, and well-priced.

Staff confirmed our late arrival and waited for us to arrive at 3AM! Not much of a view. Located close to the main freeway, courteous staff, comfortable beds, indoor pool, free parking, and free continental breakfast.

I like the upstairs rooms with the high ceiling, internet access and the nice breakfast is a real plus. The water pressure in the shower was a little light. I enjoy staying here mostly because of the high ceilings in the upstairs rooms. It has a nice apartment feel. The internet access is definitely a plus, and it is an all around comfortable place to stay. Nice breakfast, and the staff was very friendly.

The hot tub was open 24 hours. Kind of a ways from city center. I would rate this pretty high, the staff was friendly, even calling us in our room after we checked in asking if everything was satisfactory. Also the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours which in nice. The continental breakfast was great!

Clean, Modern, Free Breakfast, Pleasant Staff. Humm... Maybe different selection of free cookies? Modern, Standard La Quinta experience. Rooms were nice, TV, AC, Pool, FRIDGE/MICROWAVE in room! free breakfast buffet... very reasonable price.
