The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The only thing that I seen was a problem was that I could not get the room to cool down like it should have. Everything else was great.

We had a suite and really enjoyed the comfort of separate rooms. The hotel was very nice and we loved the location. Would recommend it to our friends and family.

We were there for our aunts 80th birthday. It was close to her, that was great. We were able to bring our dog, again that was great.

We typically stay somewhere in Alabama on our trips to and from Florida and Illinos. We have stayed at other places between Cullen and Montgomery, but this is the first time that we really have felt secure spending the night. We slept all night and got up in the morning ready to take on the rest of the trip north. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling or spending any time in Birmingham. We will be staying here from now on.

Bright and cleaning. The carpet in the building. Inside room carpet is fine. A little cheaper is better. I think the hotel is pretty good. It is 2 minutes driving to the concert center and it is cleaning and bright. One thing would make is better is the price. I spend 50$ per night which is not bad, but could be better.

Clean, quiet rooms. Thermostat controlled hvac. No dislikes. Nice, quiet hotel very close to Oak Mountain State Park (a great park for biking, hiking, golfing, & general sight-seeing). Rooms were clean, larger than average and quiet. LOVE to have the thermostat controlled heat and AC - so much better than the annoying window units. Breakfast was average mostly although boiled eggs were a nice touch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool (outdoor) was heated and a joy to swim in. Hot tub was also very nice. MUCH nicer than the twice-the-price Ramada I was to stay in the next 2 nights in Tallahassee. A very enjoyable stay in a newer area of Birmingham, so not overgrown and the scenery was nice (for someone from central IL). Very recommended.

Convenience, price, location. Minimal staff, breakfast was a zoo! Clean and good location but the breakfast was ill attended and no staff were cleaning up after hords of HS students.

The Manager was very helpful. Maids didn't leave clean towels after taking dirty ones and no toilet paper! As warm as it was I wish the pool had been opened for my children to swim in. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Size of the room. Dirty doors, stained furniture, torn carpet. At first glance, everything was fine. However, at second glance, the doors were dirty, the furniture (couch and chair) had stains all over them and the carpet was pushed up in areas. With some fresh paint, and quality housekeeping-it would be much better.

Clean, easy to find, friendly. No iron or hair dryer in the room. The exterior and out door areas were nice. It would be great in warmer weather. Breakfast was great, clean, well attended. Staff was polite and friendly.

Breakfast ended at 9 and i have to sleep late due to work. Very nice and comfortable. Not at all the way I remember La Quintas in the past. Lovely grounds and gazebo, pretty good breakfast, and nice new and tasteful furnishings. the linens-I've never slept on a bed that used those soft sheets.

Clerk was very friendly and helpful. Razor I used to shave was the worst ever. Bathroom did not look very clean. One bar of soap. No kleenex.

Very convenient location, excellent room and value for the money. I stayed in this hotel for Thanksgiving holiday with my children and it exceeded my expectations. The location was the primary draw to the hotel, but I found that not only was it convenient to the interstate, but it was close to several excellent things to doshopping, fabulous state park, restaurants and more. I was pleased with the room and the grounds as well. Great value for the money spent.

Friendly staff. Elevators look alittle worn inside. I just needed a one night stay over. This facility met my expectiations.
