Staff was excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to please. The hotel was an older hotel and needed a face lift in reference to the carpet in hallway & water damaged cabinet. The hotel has a nice garden & gazebo area. The first room we were taken to had a latch that was being repaired, screwdriver was left in room, we were then taken to another room that still needed the sheets changed & trash emptied. We then went back to the original room which was clean. There was some water damage to the cabinet that housed the refrigerator. The room was clean, bed comfortable, shower was great. The room was very quiet. The continental breakfast was fine, well organized and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given excellent directions to the coliseum and places to dine.

The hotel was very clean and the customer service was great. The location of the hotel was very central to different areas that we needed to go. The hotel staff was very helpfull with any questions that we had.

We arrived late at night; the hotel was open and staff at hand. The clerk was rather rude; he put a form on the counter, a pen and 2 key cards. "Sign here", he said and walked away. Well, we could take the room number from the key sleeve, but would have appreciated some directions and some information about breakfast times or so, especially since this was our first stay at this hotel. It was midnight when we first used the toilet -- it did not flush. The night manager was nice enough to come to the room, flush a few more times and declare it fixed. He also promised to have somebody defrost the refrigerator in the room because it was totally frozen over. Next morning, the shower did not drain (and the soap dish was broken). The shower improved the next day. The toilet remained a problem throughout our entire stay. You had to pre-flush up to 4 times to build up enough pressure... Breakfast was a hit-and-miss experience. Except for cereal, coffee and juice, they were mostly out of everything else. Re-stocking only seemed to happen when you found some personnel and asked for it. The day staff was very friendly but stunnigly unknowledgeable about the area, its historic and tourist attractions. But if you had a phone number they offered to make a call for you. This hotel is located close to the airport, very close to the freeways (but still quiet!!), close to a mall and amidst a huge variety of eating places. We loved the area and found it to be an ideal base for day trips. Considering the service, though, we probably try another hotel next time we are in town.

Easy to find; nice appearance; and spacious rooms. Stained carpet in this room was a turn-off and spoiled all other nice things in the motel. The hotel was what I expected for the price and served our needs for overnight accommodations very well. Complementary breakfast was also very nice.

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend get away and had a blast. The room was quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was pretty good - not great. The hotel is centrally located so you can walk out the door or drive to several area restaurants, stores, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable with designer sheets. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever experienced or seen. The staff was very attentive. The only two drawbacks were that the shower/bath tub did not drain well at all and the bathroom door was difficult to use, but with all that said, I would stay there again becuase the rooms are spacious and the beds were very, very comfortable. I slept like a baby.

For a room that is priced under * per night, I expected worn carpet and a basic continental breakfast. I was wrong. Everything has been recently updated, staff service was excellent, and the breakfast had all the little extras that make a continental breakfast very good. I will use this hotel again.

Stayed here as allows dogs. Very friendly & helpful, including fixing my car last time here (2004). Decent continental breakfast. Great Italian restaurant next door & many others. Rooms spacious & attractive.

Perfect location! In the middle of everything! Water smelled like dirt a little. This hotel completely met my requirements. Very clean hotel and well kept. Staff very friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The hot tub and pool were closed and there was no protein (bacon, sausage, etc.) at breakfast. We enjoyed our stay although we were a little disappointed in breakfast and very disappointed in not being able to use the hot tub after our drive.

Like most La Quinta's has nice rooms for the money. Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and attentive. Nice outdooe pool.

The room was a smoking room and didn't smell like it! Everything was fine. I only spent one night at the hotel. I didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The experience was very pleasant. The only negative was there were no curtains to block the sun in the morning.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is within walking distance of a few food establishments, plus it has a laundry room that you can take care of. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall attractiveness, very pet friendly. Very convenient location. Near lots of shopping and restaurants and just a quick jump to downtown. My fiancé and I traveled with our cat who has seizures and has to have her medication. The hotel was very accepting of this and this made our stay much more enjoyable. The room was very spacious and clean, and I would definitely consider staying there again.

Very clean and great location. Neighbors were very loud all night. Nice clean hotel in great location. Within minutes of numerous restaurants, mall, etc. Would stay again. Very pleased.
