We loved this place and would stay again. It was great being so close to the park. We were attending a concert at the Cuthbert amphitheater in the park, it was perfect location. We had a lovely walk through the park to get there and easy walk out after a great concert. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. We have already recommended this place to some friends that are planning to stay in Eugene in a few weeks. The staff was very friendly, upbeat and welcoming. They were quick to help with any questions that we had. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and internet access was easy. Great place!

The pool was great. I could not access the internet with my wireless computer. It was comfortable and nice, in an excellent location. The room were not that special.

This is my new favorite place to stay in Eugene. My daughter is at U of O & lives at Duck Village Apts. which is right around the corner. In the past, I stayed at the Phoenix Inn; however, they have become increasingly less friendly/impersonal. La Quinta's staff is very gracious, the rooms are clean and most importantly, the beds are very comfortable.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful It was not well insulated and noise carried easily. Wedding party above us late into the night. This hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly, the location was great as it was near the Hult Center, good restaurants and shopping. The rooms were basic, but clean and nice. I liked the mini-refridgerator since I was traveling with kids.

On arriving at hotel, discovered it surrounded by scaffolding top to bottom, w/ walls removed. Noisy, busy parking lot w/ construction trailers everywhere & no place to park. No prewarning by LaQuinta website or motel staff.

Very close to the University, with a nice view of the river. The hotel has a nice river setting, and is close to University. A walking path is nice and relaxing way to get to the University. Breakfast was very good and a convenient way to start the morning. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast offerings! They gave me a smoking room when I specifically reserved non-smoking. A little bit difficult to find, but once I was there, it was accessible. Really unhappy that I was put in a smoking designated room when I specifically requested non-smoking. The smell was over-whelming, and my teenage kids were very unhappy. The staff was very friendly and offered us air freshener to accommodate. The breakfast was terrific! I would stay again if guaranteed non-smoking room.

Really clean, nice furnishings and adjacent park. The price was higher than we normally spend, and the indoor pool was cloudy and rather small. This is a very clean, well-kept motel adjacent to a park with a duck pond.

Really liked the location on a walking trail/park. Somewhat difficult to find. The hotel was well maintained and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was a nice feature. The room was adequate and clean.
