I chose this hotel because I have enjoyed La Quinta hotels in the past and I wanted to be downtown. Unfortunately, the experience was quite poor. The staff were unhelpful when we asked for restaurant recommendations, handing us a brochure instead. Then the fire alarm went off all night long the first night and when I finally called down, the front desk staff was unsympathetic and stated they were thinking of calling th alarm company ot have it recent- um yeah, you think! I practically had to tell them how to get the alarm reset as I have dealt with this at my work in the past. Anyhow, the staff was unhelpful and almost rude for the rest of the trip- I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Very accessible. Needs a little maintenance in the bathrooms. Was easy to find and easy to maneuver.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. It was problem free. All I ask for is a clean room and go customer service and they met both of needs with out any problems.

Nice size room with king bed and fridge and microwave. The hotel itself was very comfortable. We however got locked out of our room and notified the front desk. They were to unlock our room while we attended a concert. When we returned after the concert, we found our room still locked and maintenance had gone home for the night. They put us in another room that wasn't quite as nice as our original and it had double beds so we did not sleep together! Maintenance got us in our original room the next morning but by then by trip had been ruined.

The last hotel I stayed at in Little Rock was pretty small and more expensive. I enjoyed this hotel because it was in a great area and the rooms were much bigger. I even saved about 20.

The hotel was in a good location and it was clean and nice. The staff definitely did not go the extra mile or even care if we were there much less if they could help us. They were unfriendly and acted as if we were a bother. The shuttle driver dropped us off a long, long way from the Riverfest in the rain too and was generally uncaring.

The room was nice and clean for a 2 star hotel. The smell on the hallway. It is a nice hotel for staying a couple of nights and the location was very good if you want to visit downtown Little Rock.

The hotel was under construction, that was understandable. We could not find an accesable door to get in with all our luguage and toddler until we came around to the front. The first room they gave us on the 7th floor had not been cleaned since the previous visitors. I was told to come get another key and was joked with that dirty rooms cost extra, no appolgy. The other room we got was kind of gross for what I expected. No thanks, what a waste of money.

Although the hotel is within walking distance of the River Market area, they also had a free shuttle to take you there or elsewhere. What a great service for a tourist or business traveler.

Shuttle bus picks/drops you off within 2 mile radius & airport. Pleasant stay, close to the Alltel arena (purpose of visit) and airport. Shuttle bus is very convenient and will take & pick you up from the airport 24 hours and downtown within 2 miles up to 11pm.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, good price and location.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites Downtown Conference Center, Little Rock, Arkansas was very clean and allowed me to check in early. The airport shuttle runs 24hrs a day and will also take you anyplace and pick you up within a 2 mile radius of the hotel which is great since the hotel has not restaurant on site.

The room was extremely comfortable. The parking garage was somewhat inconvenient.

It was advertised with room service and an on site restaurant, there was niether. The room was NASTY, we wore our shoes the entire time. Will NEVER stay here again! Complained to the staff about several things, was ingnored! If we were staying more than one night, we would have left!!!

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are not large but very clean and tastefully decorated as is the breakfast area. The pool was closed while we were there which was disappointing as it left the kids with nothing to do. The hotel location is very convenient for anyone needing to be in the downtown Little Rock area.

Good location, quiet, shuttle service. I don't think they own a vacuum cleaner. All in all a nice motel. Positives: 300 count sheets, quiet, good location, shuttle to take you to the entertainment district, airport etc. Negative: the cleaning staff isn't terribly through, don't think they own a vacuum cleaner.

Price, free airport shuttle and breakfast. Dining options. All the basics at a very reasonable price. Free airport shuttle and continental breakfast made the price even more attractive.

Convenient to downtown. Could have better selection at breakfast bar. Nice hotel, convenient to downtown.

Very nice, clean, good view. Horrible fitness room. This was the nicest La Quinta I have ever stayed in. Besides a bit of light construction going on it was very clean and nice. My only complaint was that the exercise machines in the fitness rooms were old and didn't work well. I wasn't able to use the elliptical machine at all because of the noise it made.
