Very clean and convenient to activities. Air conditioner did not cool room in timely manner. Great convenience. Very clean. Would stay again. Hopefully air conditioning would not be a problem next stay.

My stay was a wonderful experience. I arrived just before my meeting at 12:30 PM and was allowed to check in earily because they had my room ready. The room was squeaky clean and warm (it was cold that day). The staff was very frendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was fresh and had a varity of different breakfast foods. I really had no complaints. I would and will definitely stay again. I recommend this hotel to other travelers.

All of the hotels in the area we booked the week of our stay, the only room available was a king suite. We thought that this was an excellent hotel for the money. The staff was very accomondating and helpful, Yes i would stay again.......................However the pool could have used some extra attention, it was clean but needed tidying up though out the day which was not done.Otherwise everything else was perfect.....................

Overall, it was a nice trip and hotel stay. The friendliness of a couple of the staff almost made up for the uplesant odor in the bathroom & dogs running loose in and around the hotel. I knew pets were allowed at the hotel, but I wasn't expecting the animals to be unleashed. The conveninent location to eating & shopping was also a plus. It was easy to find off the interstate

Exceptionally clean; greeted me with a sincere smile! Some road construction nearby. I stayed at 3 hotels this trip. This was the finest. No restaurant on premise but an enjoyable hot breakfast. Biscuits & gravy! Plenty of information about offsite restaurant; very helpful staff. I will go back!

Close to many Covington attractions & neighborhoods. Mattress firmness varied like a checkerboard.

Very friendly staff andcomfortable room. Very friendly staff; comfortable, good size room; right off interstate; variety of restaurants, fast food, shopping near by; major construction behind Inn but could not hear heavy machinery or big trucks. I am assuming the Inn had some water damage from roof leaks from storm because the lamp shades had mildew spots and ceiling needed to be painted better. Really liked the variety of pillows.

Clean friendly staff, great location, right off interstate, but quiet. Parking is very crowded. Nice, new, and great location.
