Room was spacious and had a nice view. Parking for handicapped was usually filled. Spacious room, small balcony with nice view. Location perfect. Clean!

The room was very clean and had a great view of a golf course. We received a phone call from the front desk after we checked to make sure everything was okay. The breakfast was good, they even had a waffle iron. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

At first the front desk clerk was not friendly. Took a phone call while in the middle of checking me in. It was someone else that also worked at the hotel, trying to switch schedules. Asked for my id (but never looked at it). The next morning when asked about directions they did help at that point.

My stay at this hotel was very satisfactory overall. The staff were friendly and efficient. My only concern was that the air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy. I would recommend this facility to my friends at the price I paid.

Friendly staff, clean and good breakfast. Smoke in the hallways. The hotel was a very clean with friendly staff and a good continental breakfast. It was quiet and the room was very nicely decorated.

I stayed here on the spur of the moment. Clean room. Wireless internet worked great. Very comfortable beds. Lots of ammeneties. Really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was located in a nice area, the room was very comfortable and clean. We did not use extra facilities as we spent are free time at relatives home. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Overall the hotel was the best one we had stayed at in the Coral Springs area.

It does have a pool. Although being a non smoker, a smoking room was forced upon me as my only choice. I probably would have had a better experience if I had been assigned a non smoking room as a non smoker. Avoid level 2 at all costs if you are a non smoker!

this hotel was real nice, apart from the carpet in the main hallway on the check in level, every bit of my stay here was great...as i type this I am already planning my next stay.

Room smells like wet carpet, hair dryer had electric cord burned and fixed with tape. I had put a do not disturb card outside at door and at 10:30 a.m. housekeeping was knocking at the door as I was getting out of bed, she was putting her keys and trying to open the door but I had the indoor lock, she was surprised when I open the door, she had the do not open tag in her hand, I told her why she took the tag out and knocked door? I also told her the checkout time was 12:00 not 10:30. The only respond I got was that she was sorry.

The location was very convenient. Iwanted a non-smoking room and there was a strong smoky odor, including ashtrays in the room. Not bad for a la Quinta and about whatI expected. It is close to another, whichI am told is better.

Front desk staff was very helpful! Remodeling is ongoing, but front doors were old. Conveniently located on University Ave, just minutes from many major streets. Close to restaurants. This is one of two LaQuinta properties within 1/4 mile radius.
