The hotel was clean and the room was just the right size. It was in a good location. The breakfast was provided with the cost of the room and had a lot to choose from.

Very friendly & helpful staff. clean rooms. Not over air conditioned.
Date of Stay:

I stayed here one night during a 4 day trip from Alabama to Oregon with my 2 dogs and a cat. It was by far the nicest and most pet friendly hotel we stayed in. No additional pet fee, rooms were clean and quiet. Plenty of well lighted parking.
Date of Stay:

Nice rooms and a very comfortable bed, just needed an updated bathtub/shower.
Date of Stay:

Friendly, clean and easy access to local dining and shopping.
Date of Stay:

New carpet, good rate, Internet hook-up in the room, clean and friendly, Free breakfast, eazy on-off to I70, lots of fast or sit-down food close.
Date of Stay:
March, 2009
Location and friendliness of staff. Breakfast choices were poor and quantity of items limited.
Date of Stay:
February, 2009
it was clean, the breakfast was good. Towels were stained, commode bowl had some sort of stain The hotel had a sign out that it had been recently renovated, and it was nice- the bedding, decor was all nice. The staff were polite, helpful when asked.

It appeared to be recently remodeled. Breakfast wasn't much. The cover on the bathroom fan was old and falling off.

Good trim & decor, new bed, very good towels! The in-room coffeepot was right-handed [handle & spout were awkward for me. The hotel renovation was nicely done and attractive. The room also had a microwave & refrigerator, which allowed us to prepare snacks & small meals. The breakfast is adequate but has little protein. Overall, we will stay there again gladly!

For the price we got to pay it was excellent. Feather pillows were used, I am extremely allergic had to go buy my own pillows. The staff was nice. However when I took the pillows down to the front desk no help was given. It was just all well. They should keep spare non feather pillows on site for those that are unfortunate to be allergic to them. They should have also said they would be willing to change the sheets. That is how allergic I am.

The rooms were exceptionally nice and clean. This hotel was perfect for my brief stay. Rooms were very nice and clean. I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel.

The morning breakfast and free papers were good. The soap was a little irritating. Located near some shops and some good places to eat, it was a good experience for my three day stay at a conference. I would stay here again. The price, at $55 a night, was way less than the room was worth.

New carpet and bed. Not being notified of the change in name. Day clerk was somewhat rude. By night new clerks that were much nicer.
Date of Stay:

Comfort of the bed and pillows. Nice shower head, nice towels, flat screen TV. Served breakfast. No complaints. We were there for a short overnight so the things that were important to us included bed and pillow comfort, nice shower, soft towels and breakfast.
Date of Stay:

Nothing. Under Construction. Nothing was working right as TV. I request a room with refrigerator, I did not got. The TV remote did not work. Room no Smoke. I receive a room smelling as smoke. The door could not get close or lock.

King-sized bed awesome & comfortable. Didn't have any trouble falling to sleep or back to sleep after caring for child. Elevator broke before we arrived, but was told it would be fixed by 10 the following morning. Wish we could have stayed longer. Had to leave early so we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, but that would have been a plus. Child was having tests at the hospital early.

The free breakfast was nice. The internet service did not work. Overall it was OK. However the main reason for selecting it was because of the advertised free internet, so that we could meet others to work on a presentation together. We needed access to the internet to complete our work, but it was down the whole time. The front desk person called to try to get it fixed, but it never came up.

The hotel staff and those they are pet friendly. Room needed to be painted. It was OK for a short stay. The people at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly. The room was not clean. This hotel is well placed next to Columbia mall and I-70. It was formerly a different hotel apparently and the building, parking lot and surroundings show their age. The interior of the public portions of the hotel are way overdue for new carpet, paint et cetera. Worse, the room we had was not clean. There was an apparent feces stain on the bed sheet. It was disgusting. When we asked the front desk clerk to have the sheets changed he acted a little put out but they did it. Finally, the facilities in the room (toilet, shower, sink, vanity and such) have seen better days, but even those days weren't that good. It was just a cheaply put together room, and it showed. I wouldn't stay there again unless I was homeless.
