Breakfast in morning & convenient to everything. Door adjoining next room too thin. You could hear the people next door as if they were in your room. Very clean & convenient hotel. Short distance to NYC & Meadow lands sports & entertainment complex. Indoor pool very nice touch as well as breakfast. Would stay here again.

After several searches I came across this Hotel, and the experience was verry good. If I had to give it a number from 1 to 10 I would have to say 9. The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff is very accomodating and helpful. The location is perfect. It is very close to the train station you are able to walk to the train and not worry about returning late at night as the hotel is in a very nice town. Every morning they serve a wonderful continental breakfast. We travel a lot, and this breakfast is by far one of the best continetal breakfasts I have enjoyed. I recommend this hotel 100%.

I thought this hotel was decent. I had a problem with the shower, it went from extremely hot to freezing cold. I didn't see any bugs, but there were some complaints of ants while I was there from other people I traveled with. This hotel was just over all, ok. I was not impressed or disgusted, just barely satisfied. It's location is wonderful, but it could use a little work.

Hotel stay enjoyable - staff was not present when checking out in morning.

The room was fine and clean. There was no hot water for showering in the mornings. I mean none!

Location & internet facility. The receptionist were not friendly. The 2 receptionist especially don’t care attitude. She was not taking her job seriously, fooling around and not paying attention while talking to her. I could not make a long distance telephone call. After many calls to the reception I finally succeeded as they had to unlock the system I guess. But this should have been done after I checked in. Was very frustrating especially after driving for 14 hours.

From the reviews that I had run, I had great concern to stay here. I coose to stay here because of location(visiting family in adjacent town). But I was surprised to find the room, the staff and the facilities have all been renovated recently. The beds were pillowtop and very comfortable. new carpet, newly remoldeled bathroom. I would highly reccomend giving this place a try.

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms smelled like smoke and toilet handle was broken. The room smelled like stale smoke and the toilet handle was broken. The otherwise was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was filthy, and the ""Customer Service"" was totally RUDE. Unclean, NO HOT WATER and unwilling/able to help their PAYING customers."

Pool was nice. Driving to and from is a nightmare. Decent. If you don't have a car you're screwed. If you have a car, you're a little less screwed, but screwed nonetheless. The typical La Quinta breakfast waffles are nice, though.

sure it was close to our destination nyc and it was cheaper than other hotels close to it but next time i rather pay a little more or research more because this hotel may look nice from the outside but dont let it fool you rooms are in alot of need of getting renovated. we had ant's in our beds had to change rooms than the next room had a moldy odor, internet connection wasent working and after sleeping in there bed's its backpain for me.

Price, location, quality, continental breakfast. No complaints. This is the second hotel we stayed on this road trip, it was a great improvement over the first one. In the future this hotel would be on the top of our list.

My van was broken into in the hotel lot. It's a nice hotel, howeverI was parked right in front of the main lobby and my van was robbed. SoI would not recommend this hotel.

"the bathroom plumbing leaked, the wireless internet didn't work in the hotel room, only in the lobby. The sheets did not stay on the bed during the night. I would not stay there again unless I was desperate."

It was clean and comfortable. Pool look a little iffy. Didn't go in.

Location is great. The rooms were musty and had ants all over. The Hotel could do with a makeover. The rooms are dated, had little critters all over. We asked for foam pillows and didn't receive them till the 2nd day and 3 calls later. The location of this hotel is great and the free WI-FI based Internet service worked flawlessly.

Friendly and very clean, polite personal. Location, too hard to find, and the noise. We stayed at the hotel because we had a death in the family, and the floor we were on was very noisy until almost 2AM with kids running up and down the hallway. We found out that we were at the end room of a floor occupied by a party of teens from some school. I feel we could have been put in a better location. We only stayed one night, so it was only for that one night. We have stayed in LaQuinta hotels before and never had a problem. We hope this is an isolated experience.

Location, near NYC. Limited parking spaces. This hotel is nice for a short stay (not longer than 2 day stay). The staff was nice and there was an indoor heated pool.
