Wonderful room especially for the price, as was the continental breakfast.

We thought this was a great hotel until we found bedbugs in the morning!! What was most disturbing was that after notifying the front desk, they did not seem to care at all..The infestation was very heavy ..YUK!! Will not stay again because they did nothing to remediate the situation, not even an apology!!We stayed here while visiting Duke Medical Center. Very convenient to Duke.

Our first room had no light in bathroom so the front desk switched us immediately to a better room. It was apparently out for repair. The hotel is no longer new but it was suffient for the price.Customers are hard on rooms..shame on us..Owners need to repair but they don't always....shame on them.

Its close proximity to my destination. No restaurant. The hotel was sufficient for all of my needs.

Stayed here for husband's hospital stay at UNC for 1 night. Next night stayed at Day's Inn and it was much nicer. The room was dirty. It was supposed to be non-smoking, but it was so smoky my eyes watered and my clothes smelled really smoky the next day. The coffee ran out early. There's no signage on how to get there. Hard to find off service road. Card key wouldn't open side door to the hall where my room was. Then, front desk told me you have to push the lever up to get in. Woops, they forgot to tell me that!

Had to wait for room key for 45 min ion hallway. But price of hotel was very cheap

It had a superb staff, very helpful and friendly. The air conditioner did not work properly. I called the day I got there but not fix until next day. It was a good experience even though the air conditioner did not work properly on the first day I got there.

My family and I were really impressed with this hotel. We had never stayed in a La Quinta before, and made our reservation at the last minute for a one night stay. We chose this hotel because the price was great and they accepted pets. The hotel was pretty and new-looking. The rooms were clean and had plenty of room. Although they allow pets, the rooms did not smell like dogs at all - which was a definite plus (although we traveled with a small dog, we are bothered by "doggie" smells.) The pool was really nice - a hot tub too. My husband and kids did comment that the chlorine in the pool was a little strong...but not a big deal. The breakfast was just right - everything we needed. The only problem at all during our stay was that we had trouble with the high-speed internet service, and the lobby staff did not seem overly eager to help. Aside from that, our stay was just great. If you are looking for a "luxury" hotel with full-services, you may want to look elsewhere, but if you are looking for a nice, clean hotel with a pretty lobby and rooms, and a nice pool for the kids, this is a great choice.

just needed a nice clean space to rest my head for the night that wasn't very expensive. nice place....will stay with them again.

The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a pleasant option. Not a big deal, but the bathroom closet twin doors. The free breakfast buffet and the indoor pool were definite positives.

Front desk personnel does not seem very smart or able to help. Some days the newspaper doesn't show up. The free breakfast was a low point. When milk, yogurt and cream cheese are at room temperature, I get nervous. One lady found a bug in her Raisin Bran. The rooms are spacious & comfortable, with frig and microwave. It would be helpful if there was a sundry area to buy snacks, drinks, travel items since there is no store nearby. Walls are thin, but mattress is great.

Every thing was great with the exception of the spa, most of the jets did not work.

Liked the mirrors in the room. Outside doors were not locked every night. We felt unsafe because the exterior doors on one side were not locked anyone could enter Pool and hottub were filthy Way too much chlorine made our eyes burn.

Average room. The road to the hotel (as per GPS) was blocked by a newly constructed Toyota dealership.

"We're originally from the area, and stay here whenever we come back to visit. The hotel feels much more private than its location suggests and is convenient to Durham and Chapel Hill. Nice indoor pool."

We got the room at a very good price. We were not sure what to expect for the price but we were very happy. The place is very clean and quiet. Good location off the highway. Appears very safe. Very nice amenities. Breakfast (Waffles were great), gym and indoor pool (I wish I remembered my bathing suit), coffee in the room. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to a friend.

The court yard, gazebo and pool area were GREAT! Great, will stay there again.
