We had requested smoke free room and none were avilable. They told us Orbitz made the mistake. They were sold out that night. Whole floor was smoke filled. But they did move us the next morning and everything wss fine then. We had a late check in requested, but I think they put us in the smoke room. It was awful. I will not reserve through Orbitz again without calling the hotel before I arrive.

Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The window did not open. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and courteous.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days and would have gone elsewhere if the city wasn't fully booked. The room itself was reasonably clean, however the hallways were filthy, including chunks of dirt coming off of the air vents, huge stains on the carpets and always overflowing trash cans. An older gentleman, apparently related to the hotel staff, sat and watched the diners at breakfast each morning in a very intimidating manner. The side door key card reader did not work, which resulted in the door being propped open often. Very unsafe! The housekeeping staff would prop open all of the doorways in an entire end of the hallway while cleaning, leaving several rooms at a time wide open for anyone to enter. Again, very unsafe. The cleaning staff also entered our room when the "do not disturb/no service" sign was used. We would not stay here again.

I liked the room amenities - fridge, microwave and free Wi-Fi. I did not like the dirty wash cloth in the night stand drawer. I had a hard time figuring out how to get to the hotel from the interstate. The hotel staff was pleasant and quick to check me in at the late hour that I arrived. I expected a standard room with a clean bed and clean bathroom and I was surprised to find that there was a microwave and fridge available for my use which was perfect for heating up the popcorn I brought as a snack before I went to sleep. I had no problems with outside noises. The breakfast available was adequate with waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit and other breads and juices. Check out was painless. I just ate my breakfast and left the hotel.
