Date of Stay: December, 2008

I have serious back issues and was worried about my stay at a hotel. Anyone who shares my issue knows that hotel beds can be extremly uncomfortable. In this case I was pleasantly surprised. I slept like a rock and had no back pain in the mornings. Trust me I am picky, I have a sleep number at home that is not as good as wat the hotel had. The rooms wee clean and the grounds were neat as well. Ihad the king size room with the fridge and microwave. The fridge was HUGE! We easily fit a 12 pack of soda and a 12 pack of water bottles and still had 50% of the space left for other items. It was a great stay, and I do recommend it. I woul stay at the JTB/Lenoir LaQuinta again any day.

We had a "deluxe suite:; TV piecture was green, sofa dirty and worn, furnishings cheap and minimal, mirror missing silver. A welcoming letter was printed with a cartridge so old we could barely read the print. Drapes were ripped. This hotel is in a great location; it badly needs new management and a major remodel.

The seating in the room was uncomfortable. It needed a soft arm chair to sit in, so it would be easy to get up.

Location! Room a bit old; could use a touch up of paint & bathroom door. Overall, a good, convenient place to stay in Jacksonville. The staff prides them self on being guest aware-and they even called my room to see if I had any needs they could take care of. They had directions to my evening destination already printed before knowing my plans, which I take to mean they are good at anticipating the needs and interests of their guests.

The hotel is pet friendly which is very important to me. In addition, the rooms and the service were fantastic. There is a Cracker Barrell restaurant next door and the hotel has easy access to Interstate 95. I had a wonderful stay as did my 2 spaniels.

The staff accommodated all our needs, helped with directions to the wedding, different places to eat, etc... The room was set up beautifully, (KING) and it was clean and extrememely comfortable. The only thing I would say is the price for movies is outrageous, but all in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

World class service at budget rates. Super staff service. Very pet friendly. Extremely clean and inviting. No fan in bathroom. Anyone looking for 5 star service and overall hotel beauty will find it at the La Quinta Inn and Suites, Butler Blvd, Jacksonville FL. From super clean rooms, to beautiful grounds, friendly staff and delicious breakfast, this hotel is the best choice for any traveler. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Hotel is very pet friendly. If you are going to Jacksonville, this is the best kept secret in travel comfort. Hats off to this fine hotel.

The room was perfectly setup for the business traveler. Nothing. This hotel was top notch. Perfectly set up for the business travel. Clean - I think it was new. If not, then it was the cleanest, best maintained hotel I've stayed in awhile.

The hotel was good for the price. No major problems. Room was somewhat outdated and bathroom was not immaculate. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was satisfactory for the price. The continental breakfast was good and the room was reasonably clean and comfortable. The roll away bed that we requested, however, was not in the room when we got there and when we finally received it it looked very worn and probably decades old. Overall, though, it was a good stay.

Continental breakfast was fantastic. Much variety. Liked the hotel very much. But there was a visitor in our room that I killed. (Cockroach) Very nice. Would go there again. It was a little difficult to find. Mapquest gave instructions re: JTB, but was very confusing directions. We traveled up and down the JTB until I called the hotel and found out how to get there.

The hotel was clean, affordable and located only 10 miles from downtown. I liked everything. I was staying here while auditioning for American Idol. The staff was very supportive. They even had maps of the local area printed out for everyone. If I ever return to Jacksonville, I will be staying here.

Good value for the money-clean. No internet access in public space. My daughter and I stayed here one night on our way down to Dayton Beach. Visited the Anheuser Busch Plant in north Jacksonville. Clean room. VERY convenient to I95. Attractive exterior. Would stay here again.

The security of hotel and taste of the continental breakfast was great. If a hotel has a hot tub it needs to be HOT not cold for days like we heard. Evening staff was not knowledgeable but Hotel was very Secure. Jacuzzi was stone cold and that's why I chouse this location to relax.

Very pleasant staff. Every thing was great. Very hard to find the first time. Quite pleasant. We travel to Jacksonville about three times a year. Now, we intend to stay at LaQuinta each time.

Fairly new and modern. Carpet had a bleached yellow stain by door. Nice setting restaurant next door.
