Good location. Pretty nice rooms. No air flow in rooms! Staff repeatedly asked when we were leaving. This hotel was definitely a 2 star rating in my opinion. I liked the location. The staff seemed fairly friendly. They gave my son a toothbrush when he went down to the front desk to try to purchase one. But the room was so stuffy and had humid feeling. The whole 6th floor was warm and stuffy, for that matter. Huge lack of airflow. Elevators felt old and worn out. The continental breakfast was nice. But, the morning we were due to check out we were called by the front desk and received a visit from the maid asking us when we were going to leave. Check out is noon, and they were trying to rush us out before 11:00am. That was kind of annoying. It was ok.

Value for the price was great. We (4 adults, 2 children 4, 6) enjoyed it and would absolutely go back.

After arriving from a 4 hour flight from Michigan and driving the hour in traffic from LAX, all I wanted to do was wash my face before going to my meeting. I arrived in my room after passing the stain on the hallway carpet, and was immediately greeted with a funky smell. Never did find the source, but it never went away while I was there. I decided it must be an LA thing, so I turned on the water to wash my face, and and splashed my self with Coca-Cola brown water. Needless to say, I was unhappy. I went to the front desk and explained the above and the person behind the desk responded - it will be OK, just run the water for a few minutes. I returned to my room. I allowed the water to run 3 seperate times. 2x for a 1/2 hr and once for 2 hours before the brown water went away. I guess it was my job to flush the rust from the entire hotel's piping system. Another pointer - the modem is connected to the light switch...can't surf without it. Thanks LaQuita!

Location. The smell, cigarette smoke in all areas. There is a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in every location. The lobby, the hallways the elevator. Our room was a non-smoking room, but we had to move to another room because the smell was so bad.

The hotel was located in a business complex and it was very quiet during my stay since it was the long Labor Day weekend. The room was well configured and was kept very clean. I wished there was a fridge to keep my drinks cool. Given my allergy to carpets, I also wished they had hardwood floors or something other than carpet. The longer I stayed in the room, the more congested I got. Fortunately, I was out most of the time.

Good location for our visit to hospital in La Palma and nursing center in Buena Park. Easy to get on the 91 from the La Quinta, too. Room had good beds and towels!

The Hotel was a great location for use to stay and vist the local area Theme parks. It was out of the main traffic and had a very relaxed feeling. The room was great and the breakfast was very good.

Over all the hotel rooms, parkings and facilities were good except NO frigi. Some receiptionists were not responsible to their duty. E.G. She was not willing to change printer's ink in the business center, so clients were not able to print out boarding pass. Breakfast was great.
