This hotel is deserving of high marks because the staff, service and surroundings are superb.

we stayed here on 12/6 and the place was very nice and clean, check in time is at 3:00 pm and we arrived early (11:00 am) just to check on the room not expecting to get in at this time but they found us a room which was a nice touch, also the breakfast is great..........what a bargain to stay here.

Comfortable bed/ cleanliness/the continental breakfast/ pet friendly. Could smell cigarette smoke at times in the hallway of the nonsmoking area but the staff were quick to find out the source and take care of it. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. We take a yearly trip to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely stay there next October as well.

For the price, it was wonderful! they had a mini fridge and the King bed was wonderful since my sweetie is really tall. the location was great as well. we were within walking distance of broadway at the beach. it was so much fun! we went to the kiss coffeehouse (great coffee!). the imax theatre is amazing! I want to go back in february and maybe april---before the summer crowd comes in--and the prices go up so high. it was wonderful and I'd definitely stay at this hotel again and again.

When we arrived at our rooms the phone didn't work and the air condition kept kicking out. This place gave you trash cans but didn't provide trash bags, when we were eating some kind of large water bug came from under our bed. We went down to the beach and came back our keys had stoped working they gave us bad keys, they were not clean at all I have black hair, when I took a shower there was blonde hair on my body. That was the grooses thing that I have ever encountered and I will never ever ever stay at that La Quinta Inn on 21st ave. in Myrtle Beach again in all of my life. Thanks for the lousy stay suckers!!!!!!!!!!!

loved the location, broadway at the beach was walking distance from the hotel. Beach was a 9 cab ride each way. Hotel staff was generous with coupons for area restaurants and had lots of good suggestions on where to go and what to do. There is a day spa in the complex next door to the hotel called Cloud 9, it was great! Continental breakfast was good with great waffles. comfortable beds, all in all a great stay!

The location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Carpet was worn and ugly. Dogs were allowed at this hotel. I enjoyed staying in this hotel. It wasn't my favorite hotel stay, but definitely not the worst. I would consider staying there again.

This hotel was very nice. Nicely decorated rooms, quiet, comfortable and close to many area attractions. We enjoyed it and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Didn't get to enjoy the pool, but watched others do so. It looked like a pretty nice pool if maybe a bit small for the size of the hotel. It was always busy. When we checked in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were assured our room had everything necessary to hook our laptop to the internet. Once in the room we discover the ethernet cable was missing. One call to the front desk and almost immediately someone was at our door with a replacement cable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again. Hopefully soon! One note about their claim to be within walking distance of Broadway at the Beach: yes you can walk there from the hotel, but if you are planning on walking around BB and then walk back to the hotel, be prepared for a LOT of walking.

The desk staff was very considerate and helpful. They let me check-out 1 day early with no penalty. It was not at all clean, and was clearly a "party" hotel. My son and I went to Myrtle Beach for the weekend to make some memories - I am on my 4th round of chemo. Our 1st night was spent listening to party people till 3:30 AM with doors slamming and people laughing. They did let us check out the next day with no penalty. The hotel was in need of an update, and was not very clean - smelled like a nursing home. But again, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was not yet open (though we Michiganders would have gone in it in 65 degree weather!) All questions and requests were handled cheerfully and promptly. Location is great, even if it is not right on the beach, it is very close by. Broadway complex across the street had so much to see and do, it was so much fun. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Location, breakfast, secures internet connection. No printer available for guests. Excellent and helpful staff. I was disappointed with the young man at the desk that refused to print my airline boarding passes. Perhaps this is hotel policy but it is unusual in today's hotel market to find a property which does not accommodate this sort of request. I do not fault the young man for following policy and he did direct me to the fedex/kinkos nearby. This was the only negative to our stay, and a was very minor one at that.

1.6 miles from the beach and 0.08 miles from captain George's buffet. Obscure entry from main road, passed by twice. Very clean facilities. Good breakfast. Easy access to major entertainment venues. Super staff!

wonderfull location right across street from broadway at the beach can walk it about mile from beach this hotel was way beyond what i expected it to be very clean newer hotel very quiet and pet friendly staff very freindly great free breakfast if your in a suite not bad even if you had to pay very reasonable priced $* for a suite i stay here again

I took a four day getaway to the Laquinta Inn Myrtle Beach. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. The fitness center was kind of weak, but that's my only complaint. The hotel was located across the street from the Broadway At The Beach entertainment complex which provided quick and easy food, drink, dancing,shopping and movies. The beach was a mile away which equaled a quick ride or a 30 minute walk. I will stay here again on my next visit to the beach.
