The shuttle pick up was pretty prompt. The room was very clean. The TV was problematic. The pool hours varied day to day.

Very clean! Loved our stay, towels and wash cloths were the best!

The hotel was great. The only downfall was one of the front desk staff who was rude.

The Maryland light rail and B30 bus are within walking distance of the hotel. Also a Quizno's and McDonalds are also an easy walk. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to BWI and Marc train station. There is also a nice electronics museum across the street. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

This was my first experience at LaQuinta. I loved the service, the cleanliness of the rooms, the wonderful linen on the beds and in the bathroom and the Malt Waffles were awesome. I will make it a point to stay a LaQuinta when I travel again.

Close to airport. Shuttle bus is unpredictable. Great place to stay prior to departing on an early morning flight from BWI.

Rooms were vrey nice and VERY clean, I could have stayed there a week and been comfortable. Breakfast was very good and more than I coud hope for, definetly worth the price.

Hotel was very clean, staff very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was awesome with waffle maker, cereals, fruit, muffins, donuts, bagels, juices, milk, boiled eggs, toast, and plenty of it. Room was no frills, but clean and comfortable. Our main reason for visiting was to see Washington, DC. This hotel was a bit too far away as we commuted about 2 hours each way daily. However, if you are passing through and need a place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff but it was very hard to find a parking space. We had to sqeeze into one and hope I could get out of the car. I was woried about someone denting my doors when they got into their cars. I will most likley stay there again, however I will try to get there earlier.

Location. The room was too small and had bugs. I would recommend if staying for a short visit. The hotel was fairly clean; however, the rooms need new beds.

The hotel was nice and clean, very roomy. The staff was very helpful in a lot of ways giving directions to several places we needed to go. The breakfast was good plenty of food to choose from, was well stocked and kept clean. The only thing that upset me was that they started cleaning the room before we had checked out. Check out time was 11:00am we were locked out of the room after we finished breakfast and went up stairs at 9:30am, we had to go back down stairs to get our keys redone. We would stay there again.

We (father and 10 year-old son) got a great deal on tickets to BWI. Such a good deal that we went ahead and booked and looked for a hotel off of Travel website. Selected hotel based on others reviews - La Quinta BWI seemed to be the least expensive of the 3.5 star hotels in the area. Since we were looking to see as many of the DC sights as possible in a week, check out Baltimore, and see an Orioles game without renting a car it seemed very "central". The hotel staff took very good care of us. They were very polite and helpful. The breakfast area was kept very clean and well stocked. The shuttle service (which we relied on heavily!) was very quick - I would call from the MARC train or light rail and we never waited very long - they were exceptional. The pool was small-ish, but very nice at the end of a day walking around DC in the 90 degree heat and humidity. Can't think of any problem with the room - Important things (AC for me; TV for my son) worked very well. Overall; we were very happy with every thing. You can't see everything in DC in a week; we will be heading back in a couple years to visit again. I would be very happy to stay here again.

the ugly...we were asigned a room that was not cleaned, bedding in disarray, wine bottles and food scraps all over, the bad..the elevator is extremely SLOW... it was faster taking the stairs from the 5th floor...receptionist was too busy talking on cell phone to help...we were disrupting her by asking for another room the good...the room we eventually got was comfortable, and the morning breakfast was very good, as was the shuttle service...

The decor was nice and the bathroom was spacious. The location to the linen drop, and the noise from the refrigerator. This hotel was great for the price. The location was just right and the rooms were a great size. I will use this hotel again in the future.

Nice place and decent to get to from airport - food was good for the free breakfast and free computer use although only one was available - I will defiantely stay again!!

When we checked in we couldn't all be on the same floor so the front desk clerk upgraded two of our rooms to include a bigger bed and a mini fridge and microwave for the same price. Room service did above and beyond their usual duties. The breakfast was everything you would find at a restaurant except meat. Would definately stay at again.

La Quinta Inn just opened before we got there. It had been remodel , the rooms were new and the entire hotel was basicialy redone. We had a problem with the shower water going down and it was not fixed by check out. The hotel did give us a voucher for a free night .The location is excellent for Camden yards and the price makes it a good value

Staff friendly and handful, shuttle bus drivers were friendly and helpful, rooms clean and many delivery places available. We were passing throught Baltimore, so wedarrives around 1030 p.m and left around 700 a.m. Good value for your money, especially if you are passing through.

Newly renovated and very nice. The room was super clean and modern. Both the king sized bed and the pillows were comfortable and soft. We loved the free breakfast with waffles and lots of other choices. Would definitely stay here again.
