Comfortable beds, clean bathroom but dirty rugs. We were on the first floor and had some ants on the floor. Breakfast room was not always well surpervised. Food choices were just OK. Location was great for us.

Poor customer service. In the morning when my husband was taking a shower the smoke alarm in the room went off. I tried to call the front desk numerous times and there was no answer. We quickly got ready and left the room. When we complained at the front desk we were told that the smoke alarm often go off when the shower is used and no one answered the phone because the staff was at breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and each time it had a new owner. LaQuinta seems to have come in and done some much needed refurbishment. The location is in a business park off the main street and is not well marked so you need to no where you are going. I think the price is a little high for what you get but it's the only place available and nearby when visiting in Armonk. There are no restaurants within walking distance but they do have a decent complimentary breakfast.

Talk about value! I booked this at a price that is a star below and got quality of a star above! This place is amazing for the value. The breakfast is amazing too! Overall, a step above anything near it! The only issue is distance from things, it is about 40 min from NYC... so getting to somewhere useful can be a challenge.

the overall experience was satisfactory, however, we had checked handicapped accessable in our application and the bathroom in the room was not. my wife couldn't use the bathtub/shower and this didn't help our situation. when we complained at the desk, all we got was an apology. will we return? probably -IF - we get a handicapped accessable room guaranteed. my wife had to shower at our daughter's home which was very inconvenient. the reason for our trip was to spend easter with our daughter and grandson who live in yorktown hts. this was indeed enjoyable.

Clearly, there was a lot of work going on at the hotel and it will be a few more weeks/months until you will be able to tell what everthing will look like. It looked like the property needed the upgrades. Property was better kept inside than outside.

Quiet and clean. Good value, clean and quiet. Pleasant and efficient staff. The hallways looked a little dingy, but the rooms were spacious, well-kept and the beds were comfortable.

This hotel was nice for our short stay. The room was clean and in good condition. The hotel is still being remodeled, so I would expect further improvements in the near future. The free breakfast was a plus.

Staff was helpful. I would have preferred a coffee pot in the lobby instead of trying to make breakfast, room pot did not supply liquid milk. Overall, the experience was very positive. I was able to get an adjoining room with my adult son. Rooms were basic but clean. Convenient parking. Security was iffy with exits open until 11 pm. There is no elevator to 2nd floor, so 1st floor is a must for some. Village near with all amenities. Close to local airport.

Convenience to major highways. Overpriced restaurant. I've been staying in this facility for many years and the total renovation has created a first rate hotel. The lobby is light, airy and welcoming. The desk staff was attentive and professional.
