I stayed at this hotel for one night before departing from Charlotte airport for vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, nicely equipped, and stylish too! I always appreciate La Quinta's pet-friendly policy and their continental breakfast offered each morning. The airport shuttle was another huge bonus. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend. :)

This hotel was actually better than I thought it would be. The room looked like it had been remodeled a little, as it had wood flooring and newer looking bathroom fixtures. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast bar was good, but it would have been nice to have some eggs along with all the carbs that were on there. I didn't see much fruit either. The location was really good, right off of I-85 and Billy Graham Parkway. Some of the staff was pleasant, some of them were rude. The security personnel was very rude to our group. They basically accused our group of rowdy behavior that was actually being caused by people that werenot part of our group. Security-wise, BEWARE. There was a break-in into one of the cars on the lot while I was there. Also, one of the exit doors on the first floor did not always close completely, making it very possible that just anyone could enter the building. Also, please see the above remark regarding the hotel security staff.

We stayed here following the race at Lowes speedway. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were flat. The room we were in was clean. The carpet was clean but needed replacing. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The front desk had the friendliest and most courteous staff I have ever encountered.

The hotel shuttle would not go to the downtown area where we needed to be, and on top of that the city bus system didn't run on Sunday to the downtown.....we got around that by being shuttled to the airport then took a bus to the downtown.... I have seen cleaner rooms for this price....

Very comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced value hotel for an overnight stay near the CLT airport. We spent one night before a very early flight the next morning. Quiet & clean too, not fancy. Excellent free continental bfast, with make your own waffles.

Not super impressed. On arrival, phone in room broken. Carpet in room so dirty that if you were barefoot for more than a few minutes the bottom of your feet got just black. pillows were not quality. breakfast was from 6-9 but no matter how early you went down they didn't seem prepared. They ran out of too many items (like bananas) very early on. Vending machine on 3rd floor didn't work either. The best part of the hotel was that it was super conviently located. The staff was friendly and did try to be helpful.

The staff was very friendly and accooidating It did not have a swimming pool. The hotel was great.The staff was very courteous and friendly. Anything that we needed was quickly given to us.

I do not recommend this hotel. When we arrived the room we were assigned to had feces smeared on the toilet seat. We returned to the desk and were immediately moved to another room. This room had a quarter size chunk of food on the floor near the dresser, even though it appeared that the carpet had been vacuumed. There is an attractive laminate floor foyer that extends into the bathroom. We spilled water in the foyer as we were getting ready to check out in the morning and wiped it up with a towel. The towel turned black.I found that my travel size bottle of shampoo was nearly empty but the only toiletry in the bathroom was bar soap. There was the usual "Did you forget something? Ask for a complimentary item at the front desk." sign in the bathroom so I did. Unfortunately they did not have any shampoo. I told the clerk that I've not stayed in a hotel in years that doesn't offer shampoo, lotion and even body wash. The clerk stated that they were out of shampoo but they never have lotion or body wash.The beds were quite comfortable. Unfortunately, they only have feather pillows on the beds, a problem for me and many other allergy sufferers. I have encountered many other chains offering feather pillows but none other that does not give you the choice of a fiber-fill pillow.

A good hotel for the price. Pet-friendly, a clean room, easy location off I-85, and a good free breakfast in the morning all positives. Service-wise, some problems. They didn't have any shampoo in the hotel, which I find hard to believe. Also, La Quinta will not allow you to put a rollaway cot into a room with two double beds. When I asked, "so where is our third child supposed to sleep?", all I got was a shrug of the shoulders. Don't blame the staff, this is La Quinta policy but it detracts from the family friendly nature of the hotel (unless your family is two kids or less). To the staff's credit, they immediately brought up extra pillows, blankets, and sheets so we could make a pallet on the floor for my third child.

This was a trip for business purposes so I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. However, when I was there, I appreciated the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the complimentary breakfast and the free shuttle service to the airport. I would recommend the hotel to friends, family and associates and I would stay here again.

Clean and easy to get to this hotel from the exit ramp. People in the next room were loud late at night. Good value. Would recommend this hotel to individuals who wanted to stay at a hotel at this price level and close to the airport.

Great stay at this hotel. Room was clean, breakfast was adequate. Nothing flashy but nothing that made me want to leave either. A little noisy but that could have just been that particular night. I would definately stay here again!

Great location close to airport. Excellent value. Very nice hotel at a great price. Location near airport was outstanding. I had a very late night check in and staff could not have been friendlier.

The La Quinta was very clean. The hallway carpet downstairs looked a little dingy but there was a note stating they were going to be obtaining new carpet within a few weeks. The employees at the desk were very nice and helpful. The room wasn't very big but it was nice for the four of us, however, the bathroom was quite small. We were happy with our choice of hotels.

Clean and had free airport shuttle. Everything was clean and great looking . We were only there for about 6 hours but were treated wonderfully by everyone.
