I stayed at this hotel for a week-end stay in Norfolk, VA to see my son which returned from a naval overseas tour. Upon checkin to my room the curtains were very badly soiled, and was partially off the curtain rod. The hall sink area appeared to have not been cleaned. I immediately called the front desk to complain, and requested another room. I was moved to a 3rd floor room. (Accessed from the outside of the building) After being out for the day enjoying family, I returned to the room that evening to take a nap, only to find out my room wasn't cleaned and refreshed by housekeeping. The soiled towels had not been removed. I contacted the hotel General Manager, and he had to come to the room himself to pick up my soiled towels to replace them with clean ones. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone, as the grounds are not well kept, not to mention the rooms are not clean.

What would have made my stay a little more enjoyable is having the daily newspaper delivered to the room each day. More then one elevator.

The room was very nice and clean and comfortable. The receptionist was a little lazy with checking me in.

This trip was to meet our great-grandson for the first time, and the staff went way beyond their duties of making our family feel so great. They became our extended family, and they will always stay within our hearts from many miles away...

First time stay was nice the location was ok just felt like the window was always open because you could hear the highway. The bed and tv was nice. I got into the hot tub and pool nice water.

The hotel was awesome. However, we had noisy neighbors that kept slamming the door too early in the morning and standing in the hallway talking too late at night. When this was reported, the satff promptly responded and told noisy neighbors to quiet down. All was well then.

Overall pleasant room, didn't care for the moldy looking shower curtain or the roach we saw before we left! The room was nice and cozy, flat screen tv was nice touch, pool and hot tub, exercise room and continental breakfast, overall not too bad just to spend a night or too, no really bad complaints.

Stuffy room, ventilation system loud, unable to sleep while it was on and it was always on as it was hot and humid. Female staff member at the breakfast bar made patrons uncomfortable, she spoke in a loud manner and acted like she was protecting the food. Staff was not overly friendly during check in or check out...kind of a take it or leave it attitude. Next time we will try the Marriot or Holiday Inn.

Absolutely nothing. New cheap construction. Every conceivable corner was cut to the detriment of the guest. This new hotel is a good example of what happens when the financial point of view runs your business versus the customer point of view. Every conceivable corner was cut in the building and start-up of this hotel.

Very refreshing and new. We were very well-catered to.. Friendly and very customer service oriented staff :)

Hotel was busy, but quiet. It's kept very clean, and for more of a motel/hotel type level, the service was very good. The pools' not bad or the gym, close to the airport and freeways, good parking, and a nice continental breakfast (creal, yogurt, fruit, waffle maker, etc...). It's better if you're travelling through like for business. The rooms are pretty comfy (bedding and such). I didn't see any kids, the pool's an indoor one next to a hot tub, and I wouldn't say it's a great place for children.

Rooms are top of the line, very clean and comfortable. The staff is not very freindly or helpful at the front desk eith the exception of the guy in early morning check out.
