I stayed at this hotel while I attended the CMA Music fest 2009. Hotel was clean and the staff was helpfull. The shuttle Service to downtown was not the best. The owner was rude and over charged me evertime because I was Traveling alone. I would not recommend ever using Miss Daisy Shuttle Service

The desk clerk on duty at time of check in was wonderful. I was told to call the day before to request a non-smoking room and a room on the lower level with a roll away bed. When I arrived at the hotel the desk clerk was great! He changed my room to a lower level non-smoking room with a rollaway bed. I had requested such from a prior phone call with a female clerk who told me, that my chances of having a lower level non-smoking room with a rollaway bed would not be likely.

I stayed here in April 2009 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The rooms were not very clean, I couldn't check in until well after 3:30, the blanket on my bed was torn, and many of the employees at the front desk had a bad attitude and seemed like they didn't really care. In addition, although no fault of the hotel staff, I had loud, drunk neighbors that banged on the walls and talked so loud I could hear almost every word in my room. The only positive is that the hotel had a convenient location to many restaurants and a K-Mart. Stay away from this hotel and pay the extra $10 for a different one.

We requested non-smoking but got a room that smelled of smoke and had ash trays in it on a hall that pretty much reeked of stale smoke. Staff easily moved us to another room. Stairwell had an odd odor in it. I wouldn't say we would never stay here again be we will be checking other places and will be visiting the area regularly to visit family.

We only stayed there overnight due to early flight departure. We arrived late at night and left very early the next morning. Therefore, we did not use any of the hotel amenities. We did think the room was a little overpriced. The only other minor issue we had with the room is the slow draining of the sink.

Convenience. The stained carpet. It's a great place; the carpet left something to be desired but it's a hotel so I'm not bothered by it.

Clean and fresh smelling. All mechanicals worked. Front desk and housekeeping were very courteous. Waffles included in free breakfast. WiFi at 54 Mbps; excellent signal. Towels were absorbent. Well lighted lot with multiple keyed entrances. Pet friendly. 2 elevators, interior hallways. We'll stay again.

The room was clean and neat. Sure it didn't have a refrigerator or microwave, but is one necessary for a one night stay? The internet worked, the light bulbs in the room actually provided some light (not those 15watt bulbs normally found). I was quite happy here and there were several places within walking distance to eat at. I have stayed at a lot of the larger chain hotels and this hotel competes well with them, just don't expect services that normally no ever uses anyway.

Stayed here when we went to the CMA festival, it was nice and peaceful and enjoyed it very much!

Near airport and near several favorite fast food places. A little overpriced. La Quinta was comfortable and convenient to stay in. The continental breakfast was very good.

We booked 4 rooms for group travel. EVERY room was fine - clean and comfy. ONLY issue we had was noisy bathroom fan and toilet didn't like to flush. GREAT value for the money and a SAFE neighborhood. Musical gear was still in vehicles the next morning! :) I've stayed at Lowes, Sheraton Music City, and the Wyndham Union Station, and LaQuinta was a GREAT value for the 10 mins from downtown / Vanderbuilt area

I had an early flight out of Nashville. The proximity of the La Quinta Inn made it perfect to get to the airport by 6:00 in the morning. If you need an affordable place to stay near BNA the La Quinta Inn is a great choice.

Extremely close to the airport. Maintenance (plumbing) was way substandard. This motel has comfortable beds, and is extremely close to the airport. Since I checked in late in the evening, went to bed almost immediately, got up exceptionally early and went to the airport, it suited everything I needed. But I wouldn't recommend it for a leisure traveler. as the plumbing was slow, the walls were thin, you heard people walking in the halls on your floor and the one above, and it was downright scary to ride in elevator. On the other hand, the free Internet access worked very well.

Just wanted to get away for a day and found this hotel on AARP. My room was very nice. The yound lady that checked me in was very, very, nice. There was a young lady training and she was nice as well. Met management in front of the bldg and they were very nice and polite. Several nice resturants and fast food resturants within a block or two. Very quiet also. In the words of Arnold...I'll be back.

Staff was not friendly. They forgot they had checked me in so they called me at 12am to ask who I was. Not awful but Unprofessional.

Staff. Not clean. The hotel was ok for the price & location.

With all of La Quintas national media advertising, I expected something comparable to aResidence or Homewood. This facility fell far short. No pool. No central TV-reading area.No newspaper. No dinner (evening snack). A two machine workout room. No fridge. Nomicrowave. Only 2/3s of the desk employees were helpful. The parking lot was not easilyaccessible. The bedspread was smelly and soiled.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. When we inquired about staying an extra night - the hotel staff was not as helpful. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. I would recommend this hotel to visitors.

La Quinta Inn Nashville Airport is right off the Interstate. Although it is very close to the airport, it was very quiet. Check in was simple and easy and that was especially nice when you are tired from traveling all day. The room was large and there was a separate bathroom area. We were traveling with a little dog and no one stopped us from going in or out of the motel. The continental breakfast offered in the morning was wonderful. There was a variety of food to choose from and everything was fresh. There is plenty of parking. For the money, I would recommend LaQuinta Inn Nashville.
