I was disappointed to find that there were no restaurants within walking distance. The restaurants, however, were only about a 5-10 min drive away. I hope all guests who stay here have a car available to them. The staff was very friendly. I do hope that they will consider getting a couple of more computers with internet access. There was a high demand on the two available computers. Guests could only use one out of the two computers for printing. Overall, it was a nice hotel and close to Graceland and the airport.

The location is several minutes away from major attractions. As a couple seeking privacy, the hotel was excellent. If room service was available, this would be have been the perfect place.

Rooms and Hotel was clean.Only two members of the staff even attempted to be friendly. The hotel was located in scarey neighborhood and the cement business behind it made sleeping in impossible.

The beds were very comfortable andI loved the linens. The room also decorated nice. The beds were doubles. I like queen. This hotel was great!Very clean and staff was friendly. Loved the rooms and beds. The breakfast was very nice in the morning only wish they kept it going longer than 9 am.

When I got to the hotel I could tell this was not the greatest area. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly though. I am not scared to be in certain neighborhoods but I feel that everyone would not be comfortable in the area that it was around. The one thing to know with Memphis is that the neighborhoods bleed into one another. You can be in a nice neighborhood and the next a poorer neighborhood. I did not feel unsafe or scared. I also did not like the breakfast. The juices were terrible and the cereal tasted generic.

The decor and the design in the lobby was excellent. Awesome complimentary breakfast. The decor in the lobby was modern and welcoming. Our room was big and the bed was super comfortable.

I so enjoyed our stay in memphis. The hotel was great at answering any questions we had. They also let us know of any great deals or special treats avaible. Loved the ride to the restaurant in the pink limo. The room didn't have a microwave as stated. But we should of asked about it and they would of put one in there for us.

The bed. Parking. I like the hotel. The only thing I did not like was the construct that was going on next door. I got in at 3:00a.m. at 6:00a.m. I was waken by the trucks next door. The room was better then what my wife thought and she is picky. If she liked it trust me it was a nice hotel.

Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Room looked great. No eating places near by and bathtub could've been cleaner. The hotel was very nice. Our room was big and comfortable. I would've liked the bathtub to have been scrubbed out but it wasn't bad. The people were very friendly and helpful.

Loved the bed! It's location was right next to some sort of gravel pit or industry (noise, noise, noise). The service was excellent, the complimentary breakfast good, and the rooms above average. The only criticism I have is the location. For the business traveler, being very near the airport is good, but the beeping of the heavy trucks from the next door industry was very annoying and went on for most of the night and morning.

Very clean. Walls were too thin. We liked this hotel because it was near where we needed to be and it was very clean. the staff were friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was pretty good.

Comfy bed. Cable kept flickering in and out. All was fine except the cable kept flickering in and out. That and the side hotel doors were broken, had to come through the front every night. Other than that, very good facility.
